Arco360 are an absolute pleasure to deal with I have insured my horse with them for almost 7yrs Thalia our broker is phenomenal and so helpful Claims are processed quickly without hassle Every process and experience has been hassle free and user friendly They paid out my horses claim within 48hrs Would definitely reccomend them

Just wanted to thank Arco Gen and Preeya for once again another fantastic year with Arco looking after my pets Not only have they paid all my claims with 24 hours the piece of mind knowing that they are so well covered from day to day expenses for my dogs as well as my horse but especially for paying for my sausage dogs serious operation this year But what a wonderful surprise when I received a low claim bonus which in effect gave me a month free for both my dogs and my horse But once again these claims and the fantastic service would not have happened without Preeya Gen and their wonderful team So grateful
