Ordered a white dress in between the two layers of fabric there was black thread which was very visible and very poor quality unwearable and contacted customer service and I had to pay return items myself despite faulty dress and not only that I paid custom s and taxes when ordering so they didn t refund these so between shipping return and customs I lost 60 on dress based on a fault on there part absolutely disgusting and not very pleasant to deal with I wouldn t definitely not recommend anyone buying from here

Not worth it
The clothing is ill fitted and the material fabric fades pulls easily BE AWARE the price is high and it does not include custom fees - which can amount to half of the actual item price

Spoke and emailed customer service about a defective item I received - came piled Their defense and excuse was that the dress is made from recycled cotton so this would explain the various areas of piling and undone seams Refused to waive my return shipping because they didn t deem the item a manufacturer s issue

worst experience of my life my initial order was shipped to the wrong address i couldn t do anything on my end said fedex i had to fight with the company directly till they issued a gift card the second time i try to re-order they simply canceled my order although items were still in stock they never notified me that they cancelled nor did they refund my credit card for the additional portion i paid i still haven t heard back on what is going on or why they canceled my order it s simply unethical what they re doing their customer service is snarky and unhelpful they didn t even notice they shipped my items to the wrong location till I research and pointed that out unethical--the designer founder should really be looking into this as it s tarnishing her brand

Not recommend to buy on this website
I bought three clothes at full price Before I receive the package website goes sales and two of them have 50 off discount I write to them via email and they reply me after the sales They said As stated on our terms conditions we are not able to offer any price matching or refund the difference especially as the sale is no longer going and these items are now at full price again I check their terms it s PRICE ADJUSTMENTWe do not offer price adjustments for discounted items at this time We re sorry for the inconvenience

Terrible customer service Avoid
Customer service standards are nonexistent The social media team are beyond rude dismissive and evidently do not want custom and the email correspondence team are simply ignorant Solution to those that also like the item designs screen shot take to a seamstress or tailor and have them made Save extortionate money wastage save yourself time save postage costs and more importantly save yourself having to deal with this disgustingly bad mannered arrogant and downright rude brand Your mental health deserves more respect than what you receive from AYAI Such a shame Initially I considered it a lost in translation situation but there really is no excuse Very disappointing Side note The social media reps only respond if you tag them in a comment publicly highlighting their incompetence and expressing you privately messaged and are awaiting response

I would not recommend this brand -esp if you are an international buyer
I ordered a Kaiser catsuit I have been wanting this item for a while and was excited for its arrival The ordering process was challenging more so as customer service is difficult abrupt and slow with responses but I got there in the end and was beyond thrilled for its arrival I received the wrong item AYAI sent a pair of shorts as opposed to my ordered catsuit Additionally I received through the post a FedEx fine for 66 92 in customs charges I contacted the company certain I would not be paying a fine for an item I had not ordered nor want- not to mention it is 3sizes too small so wouldn t fit and advised that I need refund and this charge being paid AYAI said they would send a prepaid returns label but kept avoiding topic of the customs charge I face- and have been threatened legal proceedings over I expressed that I am concerned that I will be charged further customs fees to return the item to them and requested a guarantee that they would prepay this also They refused to answer Responses from the company are extremely slow They pick and choose what they will respond to and simply ignore the rest I have contacted FedEx direct to inform them of the situation and also contacted my bank to solve this issue and obtain my funds protect me from future charges of the brand refuse to pay the return customs fee This is my experience that is ongoing I would not recommend this brand -esp if you are an international buyer
