why I think it is a scam

Ok so I waited a few weeks for the product - I now believe because that is the time it takes them to make the poor quality copies from the sites they steal the pictures from My experience with their customer service was that they were very friendly and responded very quickly but knowing that it was too expensive for you to return the goods and offering a few dollars compensation Since I told them I was reporting them to my bank who are looking into it unfortunately I didn t use paypal or c c I have heard nothing So it is not just receiving poor quality items late - it is a scam disguised by a great website and in my case sort of good customer service I disputed this via me bank and they have refunded me

NO ORDER SHIPPED

So I have been waiting for my order to be shipped emailed them multiple times and to this day they keep saying they will expedite and make sure it is first priority but so far nothing I fear this is a scam This is ridiculous they have been saying that they will make sure to do their best

I m super skeptical about this and I don t plan on buying from here until I m desperate but here s what I ve noticed There are MULTIPLE websites under different names with different prices but with the same product image description and never any reviews Aromiya is the only website so far that has reviews on certain products So it is definitely a scam to some extent but these clothes are real and someone took those pictures but where what is the original website can anyone help

Unable to provide a shipping date incompetent customer service

I bought 2 pairs of shorts and a trousers from this site for 80 total This was at the start of June I reached out to them via their instagram facebook and email to ask for a timeframe for the shipping They responded to me on all accounts however it was completely vague saying they weren t able to give a timeframe on shipping due to COVID I pointed out that COVID has been affecting us globally since March so surely they would have an idea of the readjusted shipping timeframes by now They then tried to say there can be unexpected delays such as bad weather I pointed out that bad weather wouldn t affect when the items were SHIPPED My last email to them earlier today said is they can t provide a shipping date in their next email to issue me a full refund

Do Not Buy Waste Of Money

I ordered two pairs of shorts and they took 6 weeks to get to me and the quality of the clothes is terrible They are made out of a material similar to a plastic table cloth that tears at all the seams The website says they have easy returns but that is not the case They require you to pay the shipping label which is all the way to China and so not worth the refund you get otherwise they offer a partial refund if you keep the clothes Overall it is a huge waste of money and you don t even get the clothes pictured

I bought clothes from them on18th October and they only arrived today - 25th November - moreover when they did arrive they were of a very poor quality The T-shorts are made from an almost nylon material but definitely not cotton not even a trace of it The images on the website are not theirs Instead they make cheap versions of them from very cheap materials and dyes The stitches are not done Well and the sewing falls apart I don t even think I can put them in the washing machine Please if you come across their Instagram page report it and it s website too COMPLETE SCAM What they re doing has got to be illegal Anyone know how to take this site down
