ping sucks seems laggy and im the only one on and i know its not me

Slow to ad new game servers Some down time slow to none support servers run good easy setup good service for the price

it s an ok server provider their tech support is well garbage i m not a first time server renter which means i know what s my fault what s the mods fault and what s their fault but they blame everything on me or the mods never themselves realistically speaking the only reason why i stay with them is for their ease of use on their mods and advance control pages also being frame locked to 30fps is highly annoying when your pc can do over 200 been with them for about a year and a half now and i havent seen any server performance upgrades such as higher fps locking restart load times which tells me they re spending my 15 mo on something other than their company and with god knows how many people paying that or more some upgrades should ve happened by now all in all it s an ok server provider but there are clear improvements that would grow their business should they implement them

Its a great host but when 15players was online at once it crashed and it can get laggy when there are a descent amount of people online I love the console and how easy it is to use and install mods

You don t support plugins Unfortunately plugins help to reduce the mod load on servers and make servers more unique On a positive note the servers are stable and easy to set up I believe more clarity could be added to some things including the FAQ s section

Host is awesome servers are solid Options are good However the support is lacking They don t respond to support requests When they do it is said the dev is busy and it will be some time before he will get to it That is a bit ridiculous for a business to say this I get it is a small company and is run with a low staff but no excuses you take people s money you do the job simple as that

I m experiencing massive lag spikes that affect me and my friends on the server I ve restarted the server multiple times and it doesn t seem to help Pretty upsetting just lost a bear an argentavis and an anklyosaur because of lag spikes Tired of dying and losing stuff that I put time and resources into

Easily the best interface any ARK server provider might have but plenty of issues over the months such as servers being inaccessible down unable to update or the website being down entirely It s just disruptive and really annoying at this point I think things would be better if they just switched to Windows instead of using the Linux servers that constantly have issues

The hardware is good and the pricing is great Just the time it takes to get a response out of the support staff is too long If a game server goes down on a Friday because of a bad patch and the servers on other providers can be manually restarted within an hour to working and it takes ArkServers 3 days Maybe tell your Techies they can work some overtime After all to your customer their server going down over a weekend is a major crisis
