This review is not about the products from Armory Den but on their lack of Customer Service Based on the reviews I ve read and the description of their products I look forward to one day using their products I have submitted four different messages through their website and have responded to three of their computer generated emails After several emails requesting information about creating an account and veteran s discounts I still have not received a response from Customer Service With no response from Customer Service I decided to go ahead and order the products I wanted I selected the items from their website placed them in my basket and proceeded to checkout At checkout I received a notice that my profile had been placed on a restricted list and I was unable to place a new order Shortly after that message I received an email stating I was only a click away from completing my order and in fact they provided me a Coupon Code for a 5 discount Again I attempted to complete my order and again I received the same notice concerning the list I am on To top it off yesterday I received an email from Armory Den an advertisement for their newly released Thread Protectors Based on the reviews I have seen on Trustpilot I hope this gets the attention of a Customer Service Representative at Armory Den I look forward to a conversation with them via email or phone with the sole purpose of completing my order Very Respectfully Brad

where do i start well for one thing these people have custumer service covered on a legit level the best hands down communication with me then any company has ever had up until my first purchase amazon had that on lock but Armory Den has them beat And if your skeptical of the quality of material or machining one time is all it will take for you to truely trust that every single purchase you make with them will be the best you can buy The best business and people you will ever spend money with I am a customer for life and that is a fact truely greatful for a business that actually cares about the people they do business with thanks yall god bless you Adam Carruth

They did the right thing
Let me just start with Thank you Armory Den What exceptional customer service Their response time to emails is faster response time then the police department has where I live for 911 calls lol j k Seriously they answered me on Sunday morning and afternoon No company does that Also I asked about a part I thought came with my order I was ready to pay for it nope they sent them to me for free and shipped on a Sunday No one does that I m a customer for life I even canceled an order I had with another company just so I can buy from ARMORY DEN My business motto is always do the right thing l no matter what they obviously follow it also

OUTSTANDING service
Had a few issues with my mst jig cap Customer service immediately sent me an rma label and sent the proper jig cap PDQ I might add Despite a few mistakes I am very pleased with how prompt they were to make it right Definitely looking to purchase again in the future
