Artemis took us in right away and the team was calm, thorough, and straight with us about what was going on. They stabilized him, ran bloodwork, and kept him overnight for monitoring, and a doctor called us with updates through the morning. They coordinated with our regular vet afterward so the follow-up care was seamless. Emergency vet visits are stressful, and the fact that there is a place like this in the Bristow area open when everything else is closed is a huge relief. The facility is clean and modern, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about our boy, not just about rushing through the visit. He made a full recovery. I cannot recommend them enough for pet emergencies.
