My experience of making an offer to accepting it was transparent and smooth The gallery was great to work with the exact item was just as described and arrived undamaged Two things to keep in mind - one is that if there isn t a frame mentioned it will likely only be the art without a frame I didn t mind this as I can choose my frame But the biggest deal is that the description of the sales item vanishes upon purchase Be sure to print out or screen capture the sales item details for your own records This was surprising and I wish I could get the exact details advertised to print off and keep with my purchase Overall no issues I d order from Artsy again
