Tyres Not Delivered I seem to have the same issue as many others where the communication is appalling The garage wasnt expecting me the tyres were not delivered there is no process in place to confirm delivery in their system I spent 30 mins on hold waiting to be answered spoke to a nice but not intially heplful person who I had to explain what actions he needed to take to resolve my issue I had to explaind that just Rescheduling appt was not good enough ASDA tyres needed to confirm delivery on the day and contact me to ensure I did not have another wasted trip It should not need me to instruct customer service how to effectively do their job and based on other reviews this is re-occuring issue Even the garage said they hate dealing with ASDA because never answer phone and are useless when they do the hassle is not worth the low prices Dont bother wasting your time Only redeeming feature was that phone operator listened and was patient and has so far promised to make it work next time just shame it was such hard work to get this service in the first place

Ordered a set of new tyres with them when fitted the garage noticed they were Halfords returned items Absolutely crap ASDA tyres specially for asking a full price on them

Not happy with them after 20 tyres over the last 10 years I missed out the on the black Friday 10 in 1 day and they put the prices up by 10 on each tyre Being mean on a tenner to regular customers will win you no favours I am annoyed

Arrived for my fitting time to be told that the garage was fully booked and Asda Tyres do this all the time a polite lady in your Contact Centre apologised when I called arranged my refund but in a polite way said there s nothing else she can do and that the garage should of let them or me know it seems the garage say the situation is your fault and you say its the garage s fault with a customer left with a damaged tyre for another 2 days I ve now booked a replacement tyre via Halfords as I would never use this garage again due to their negative and unhelpful attitude that has now reflected badly on your service I m now out of pocket for 2 tyres until I receive your refund in up to 6 days and have a car sat on my drive that I am still unable to use

Ordered two Bridgestone Turanza tyre for my Mazda 6 Very easy to order and the price was the cheapest I could find I turned up at the appointed time and the company were fitting the tyres within ten minutes So far so good The two tyres that needed replacing were the two nearside tyres so I asked if they could stick the wheels with the two new tyres on the front axle and move the front offside wheel to the rear nearside Thus putting the new tyres on the same axle It is unsafe to have different tyres on the same axle especially the front axle that does most of the braking I have done this many times before over 40 years with many different tyre companies it has never been an issue However the guy on reception said that they were too busy to move the tyres around and had only been paid by Asda for replacing two tyres Apparently my appointment came as a surprise as well they told me that ADSA don t have access to their diary so they just ship the tyres and the customer just turns up in the hope that the company can fit them in I left the premises with new tyres on the front and rear nearside which is dangerous Luckily I know how to change a wheel so I can move them around to the same axle myself But no reputable tyre company would do that if there is an accident there would be repercussions It seems the cheapest is not always the safest

While the tyre price was very good their fitters Formula 1 didn t protect my seats upholstery as a result I have spent days trying to clean grease marks off cream leather

I had bought 4 tyres to fit myself reasonably priced and I am currently on 12 year old winter tyres so it s quite important to change them out It got to the day of delivery and only 4 were sent I later that day sent an email to the customer service team and didn t get a response until 8 days later This was after also calling their customer service team as well and not getting a response back after the call I have had to wait another week for my tyres to come which means it is now the Christmas weekend and I won t be able to fit them until this next coming week I am disappointed and it is not good that people can be left this long without a vital part of their car

Turns up at the appointed garage on time just to be told the tyres had not arrived They told me to contact Asda which I did I was told they were not aware of any delay I asked them to phone the distributor to find out when they would be arriving was told they can t contact them by phone but would get back to me they didn t I called again and rearranged my fitting this time they were there A lot of hassle for shelling out a lot of money

Tyres were a reasonable price and were fitted as booked however I was supposed to receive a 25 Asda voucher with the tyre purchase but have not received anything I have raised several queries but had literally no response reading some of the other reviews it seems if there are no issues then that s ok but there is literally no customer service so if something does go wrong then this company do not respond to any contact it would seem as such I personally will not be using them again

Booked 4 new tyres and wheel alignment 5 days in advance got an email less than 24 hours before my appointment to cancel and rebook as they couldn t get the tyres So today a week later when I could get more time off work I had the tyres fitted but the garage said they couldn t do the wheel alignment as my car has Lane Keep Assist or something So I still have to wait to get that refunded and find a garage which can do it Why does the Asda website let you book services which are not available Hours of my time wasted chasing this up At least the customer service at Asda Tyres are quick to respond which is why I gave them 2 stars and not 1
