Great service from asda tyres as always

Order process with asda tyres straight forward as always prices good too But Arrived at selected fitter in Scunthorpe to be met with a slightly grumpy fitter at just tyres telling me he won t fit one tyre After a weird discussion I left no tyre fitted Got a refund and started again

Great price great supplier in Bournemouth

Ordering was easy The tyres were significantly cheaper than booking through the supplier s own website The supplier was busy enough that some of my fellow customers were getting frustrated though I found the supplier despite being overrun by desperate motorists to be really good I tried various other suppliers directly - including where I was having the MOT done but none of them could get close to Asda tyres price

Asda Tyres - supply chain teething problems

Fantastic website availability - after a puncture at 5pm Sunday I could book an appointment for 12 30pm Monday 5 stars Sadly the 2 hour delay by the currier caused me issues as I needed to travel on the motorway at 3pm but without my new tyre I couldn t drive over 50mph with the spare - thumbs down 2 stars but ahead of my appointment Ruth the Asda Tyres phone contact did her utmost to track down the currier - thankyou 5 stars I guess as a newish company Asda Tyres has some teething problems so needs to improve the supply chain to achieve such rapid tyre fittings hence the 4 stars overall so at this time I would recommend but only if there s no immediate deadline

The website is easy to navigate Choice of tyres was extensive from budget to top of the range all at competitive prices to other on line providers Simple graphics to understand the rating of the tyres for noise wear and braking ability The booking system is very straight forward and flexible with regards to choice of date and times

Delayed but job done

Would have been 5 star but I chose Protyres Slough which is some distance from home because they had tyre in stock and nearer company would have been the following day However on arrival advised running at least an hour late due to staffing issue Not a big deal in my case as I needed some shopping glad I wasn t on lunch break Have to say all staff were friendly and coping well with more disgruntled customers -

Quick and easy booked in the morning

Quick and easy booked in the morning and was given 5pm time but reason for 4 stars is I never received any email from Asda confirming the booking so this was not very organised as I wasn t sure if the booking had gone through or not Even sent Asda an email but still had no response In the end phoned up beecroft who also were not aware and informed me that if ordered today they would not get them until 3 days but whilst I was on the phone the tyres were delivered so for this I am giving 4 stars

Good price straightforward process

The process of ordering was straightforward and offered the best price I could find for the tyres I wanted The available fitting centres were a bit further away than I would have preferred I had to ask about the Asda voucher that was included in the deal it wasn t clear how I would receive it It still hasn t arrived 2 weeks later

Excellent customer services experience

I had ordered 4 tyres the same but due to a mix up somewhere along the chain 1 was different and I didn t spot it until 3 weeks after fitting However the real stars at ASDA tyres were the customer service team particular call out to Ruth who pulled out all the stops to sort my problem out and get me the right tyre fitted in a prompt efficient and timely way and kept me fully informed along the way Thank you for what could otherwise been a disappointed review

Payment system sucks but brilliant customer service

Payment system sucks first payment failed and reordered again only to find out I had two orders after I got the tyres fitted Special call out to a lady called Tracy from Asda tyres customer service very professional and helpful that s what you get when to employ good local staff and not offshore your customer service Overall a good price for tyres and customer service is brilliant Will definitely be using Asda tyres again

Great prices but issues surrounding appointments

The prices were unbeatable - a good 5-10 below the lowest I could find anywhere else for the tyres I was after What let the experience down hence knocking a star off was that whilst you select an appointment slot when ordering this isn t in any way linked to the fitter s scheduling availability planner Likely a non-issue when quiet but my fitter happened to be quite busy on the day and so simply wasn t able to cater for me in the time slot booked Had to sit around for 1 1 2 hours which wasn t ideal Would definitely use again though but would perhaps phone ahead to check things were okay time wise
