Where s my voucher

Easy to order and priced competitively when taking the ASDA 20 voucher into account However now three months after fitting and despite having raised two ticket queries two emails to ASDA customer services and a phone call to them two weeks ago to be told they had a backlog of emails I am still awaiting the voucher To rub salt in the wound they continue to send new tyre voucher deals

Disappointing Experience with Tyres and Policy Changes

Update After rising complaint they have compensated and advised to check DOT tyre next time prior fitting I recently purchased tyres from Asda expecting them to be new as advertised However after fitting I discovered they were 3 years old Nowhere on the website was it clear that I had to check the age of the tyres before fitting which left me unable to exchange them once fitted To make matters worse after raising my concerns Asda removed a clause from their website that previously mentioned customers could arrange a like-for-like replacement if they were unhappy with their order This lack of transparency and changing of terms post-complaint is unacceptable I expected better service and clarity when making a purchase

Why on earth Asda Tyres would book a

Why on earth Asda Tyres would book a tyre fitting for 13 30hrs when the tyres did not arrive until after 16 00hrs is beyond belief This lateness caused our tyre fitters a non appointment and ourselves two round trip journeys Having now received a Positive Response from Asda Tyres I would use them again but poss not make the fitting appointment for the following day and I would def check with the fitters to make sure the tyres had arrived

Ok service but short guarantee

I have ordered tyres through asda twice Both times i have had no problems so theoretically they should receive 5 stars However i now notice that the asda guarantee on tyres is for one year whereas through Black circle for example you get a lifetime guarantee In hindsight i wish I d gone for a company that offers a longer guarantee

Tyres

Booked a same day tyre service only to drive up to the garage and being told they haven t received the tyres The customer care can only offer apology and cancel the order with a refund taking 2 weeks Why companies are allowed to take money so quickly online but takes 2 weeks to refund Also who bears the loss of time and energy Update after going back and forth few times with customer care the issue was addressed

Asda Tyres Customer Service is non-existent

Asda Tyres Customer Service is non-existent I tried three times to contact them through their sort of chatline where they promise replies within 24 hours - still waiting I think they must have all been on Easter break That s the BAD news The good news is that their tyre fitting garage A44 Garage in Worcester were brilliant as were the Continental tyres Makes me wonder if buying online is worth it when you get a better experience shopping locally

Terrible experience with F1 Autocentres booked by Asda Tyres I had an appointment set up by Asda The F1 Autocentres said they don t know about it I made a new appointment I left the car and should be ready after 1 hour I walked home Returned after 1 5 hour - they just decided to take the car into the garage I started complaining - they said - go away take your car we will not change your tyres Looks like the manager of F1 Centre in Lincoln LN6 7QY has mental issues he should never be allowed to work with customers

Don t rely on them having stock when you order

Ordered over 500 worth of tyres set of 4 only to get to my fitter s to find only 3 had been delivered They fitted 2 and I had to contact Asda to arrange delivery of the missing tyre This was quite painless in the end but a bit of a hassle I certainly wouldn t recommend using them if your tyres are at legal limit I was lucky mine weren t so going back was ok for me Couldn t fault Bathwick Protyre in Swindon who did an excellent job fitting me in and doing a wheel alignment

After a lot of research I ordered a set of 4 tyres from Asdatyres and was happy with the tyres and the service but didn t get the 25 Asda gift card I had been expecting It seems that I would have had to have entered a coupon code at checkout to get that offer Bet a lot of people miss out

The fitting experience was not to my liking I had to leave the car in for a day to get it done not while you wait Both fitters available nearest me were 5 6 miles away and the same story so not ideal in my view
