Absolutely diabolical service I have paid 5k over two years they have hardly helped when needed my wife has been off ill as a result the business has suffered and because we owe them a couple of premiums they say we have to stay another year and pay another 2 400 next year - corporate racketering at its best AVOID

Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences
Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences On the 9th of August my partner and I went to the Asisa office to inquire about health insurance and we chose the company to contract with The lady in the office was nice and helpful and answered all our questions A few days later I got a phone call to finalise the contract and I also got informed that all treatment related to a surgery I had 2 years ago and confirmed that since the surgery I do not have any issues with will be excluded from my coverage Although yes I initially agreed to proceed over the phone when they sent me the email to e-sign the contract I discussed it with my partner and I was considering cancelling our contract I opened the form but I didn t sign it I didn t even have an option to do it Yet shortly after I received a confirmation email that I signed it On the 19th of August I sent an email to customer service expressing my concerns regarding the signature by then I was sure I didn t want to go through with the contract and since I had no response anyway to my email I sent one more on the 21st of August that I would like to cancel the contract On the 22nd of August I sent an email to the lady who was taking care of us in the office who told me I needed to wait for customer service to reply Finally on the 23rd of August I received an email from CS asking for additional information to proceed further with my request which I immediately provided To date on the 1st of September I still didn t receive any reply from them and of course I have been charged for the monthly fee I expressed my wish days before the charge was due hoping we could end this before it even starts Very unprofessional treatmentMy case number I think is 14691950 Update today on the 5th of September I still don t have a reply to my email where I provided all the additional information they asked from me on the 23rd August

ASISA are frauds
Update on post below Last week I received a letter from Asisa stating that as I had intentionally withheld information about this supposed pre-existing condition they would be excluding anything do with gynaecology from my policy To reiterate there is no evidence in my medical records to suggest that this was a pre-existing condition Moreover the only way Asisa can get out of approving the surgery is to state that I wilfully misled them If it had been a prior condition but I was just not aware of it they would be bound by the terms of the contract and would need to pay out Asisa have provided zero information paperwork proof to back up their claim I have filed a complaint with the Catalan Consumer Agency ------------------------------------------------I have been paying for Asisa insurance for almost a year and have just been refused a minor operation to remove an ovarian cyst Asisa have refused the authorisation on the basis that this was a pre-existing condition News to me I only found out when I had a routine smear test a couple of months ago The contact number they ve given me doesn t work Money for nothing awful awful company

Very unprofessional customer care
Very unprofessional customer care service I called Asisa this afternoon as I m having a difficulty cancelling my policy with them no response since last month The customer service representative started with criticising my name and then went on tell me that I should google translate Asisa emails It was a complete worst of time calling them with an intention to get clarification but instead it felt like an attack Very disappointing

I had an insurance policy with them Broke my collarbone and was denied surgery I had to pay 6K plus to get my health back They were happy leaving me with a broken shoulder and no mobility just to keep their bank balance high My policy was refused on the basis that I was riding motocross I was riding a road legal motorbike that is used for commuting to and from work that happens to be an road legal enduro I crashed on a road but fell from the road into a field Because I was in the field they refused to cover my claim Many wasted trips and lots of time spent only to have to fly back to the UK and cover the surgery from my savings Thanks to this joke of a company i m now broke

Terrible customer service
I have a normal insurance with an additional dental insurance The one single dentist in my city is awful Recommending services that would ve damaged my health in the long term I have since switched to a different dentist who confirmed that the suggested treatments would ve been a bad idea So here I want to cancel my dental insurance Communicated early enough with them throughout October and November to cancel it I did eventually get a confirmation from them after having to ask several times if it IS INDEED canceled They send me a document that confirms it Roll around January and I get charged for the dental insurance Emails start again they take 3 weeks for a simple answer confirming yet again that it s canceled but that I need to go to the bank to charge back the faulty payment I do so communicate again with them to cancel this d rn insurance and they confirm again that I will not have any payments show up in my account anymore Roll around today 1st February I get another charge for their dental insurance I really regret not having switched to a different provider at the end of 2023 Stuck with this abysmal service for another year now

Check the charges
I have an insurance with Asisa I had 4 tests done and they tried to charge me 140euros I inquired about the cost since I believe they had to charge me less than half of that I talked to this guy in credit colletion and I asked him to break the cost for me and he just said that it was clear to him that I didn t want to pay cause I should know what incurred those charges since I had only got the tests done a month earlier I called 5 more times asking for a break down of the charges and none of them had any idea of what they were charging me for I escalated the issue with the management team and they had made a mistake they were charging me for a test I hadn t undertaken Always check the charges and don t be intimidated by the rude credit collection team

Student at IE here Went with them based on School s recommendation They have horrible or non-existent customer service Actually they don t care at all You can t book any appointments with their list of doctors They hang up on you if your Spanish is poor You ask for help from Asisa they say sorry we can t help But then they ask you to pay every month I left and went to Sanitas Super happy with them
