Customer care is very good Might be a little slow on some days but patience is key Also the sneakers I bought from them are great for the price Margom sole nice quality leather and great laces Also they fit true to size possibly a bit on the bigger size But if you are familiar with Margom soles you should order your regular size Keep up the good work Asphalte

Satisfied or money back guarantee was honored
I ordered a pair of sneakers I really loved the style of the sneakers and the size fitted perfectly but I could not wear them because they pressed hard in some places I was wearing the sneakers for over one month with the hope that the leather still widened but this unfortunately was not happening I contacted the customer support and ask if they give me my money back and without further questions the sent it back to me That was really customer friendly Thank you very much
