Dreadful Don t go near No confirmation of where they sent my tyres and then no email informing me of their arrival or where they had arrived It was by chance that I discovered that my tyres were in the tyre centre ready for fitting

Worst service ever

This company are amazing I have tried to contact them every day this week and they still have not answered me I ordered and paid in full for 5 winter tyres almost a month ago and after a failed delivery attempt I am still waiting I asked them to speak to the carrier so that I could pick up the tyres from a local depot if they didn t want to deliver to me still no answer I have spoken to the carrier who gave me tracking numbers who then farmed the delivery out to another company who also do not answer emails I even emailed the press office of that delivery company to try to help me still no reply I am now in a situation where I am considering taking legal advice against the tyre company where all they have to do is email me with a delivery date for my tyres or refund my money so that I can buy them from somebody else This is the worst service I have ever recieved
