Avoid Dishonest Insurance company that never reimburses

For years i have been paying premiums on time for me and my daughter We left Switzerland a year ago Now1 all invoices for reimburcement from early 2022 STILL NOT processed by Assura - this company has not right to exist2 they are demanding illegally payments for the time when we already left switzerland with acknowledgement of Swiss authorities A year later they are still confused

Just a truly dreadful insurance company

Just a truly dreadful insurance company to deal with I started off with them as they were the cheapest No English speaking customer services and they always seem to worm out of things I had to get a small complimentary insurance a few years ago and they stung me for a 5 year contract with that component - yes my bad for not understanding French well enough or taking time for small print but still bunch of C for implementing processs like this Luckily only a few months left but gave them too much money over the years I feel companies like this have a strong feeling of entitlement too without providing service or assistance on the other side Do your research and go with other insurance companies

Choose another one

Very poor experience with Assura Switzerland I was before at Helsana and I really regret this choice After one year they decided in November to increase my invoices saying it was same situation for everybody I wrote to them asking to go back to initial payment and they refused They are just there for making money and they don t care about customers It s my worst experience as Swiss insurance health care and I cannot wait end of the year to change They are really bad with so poor communication Please don t waste your time to select them

Do not buy

I was stupid enough to order something from Assura Store I took the chance to return it anyway costs 31 - since they suggested to pay for the tracking The item has arrived in the country of destination on November 3rd Since them they do not respond my emails anymore I m really disappointed and I dont believe I ll get my money back In any case people don t fall for it and don t buy anything from this fake company Assura Fake

Warning don t buy a Assura It s all fake

I have place an order Received a confirmation but after 3 weeks no goods received No communication of delivery date at all Impossible to reach their customer service I ve paid for 3 shirts probably lost all my money Funny they send me an email to write a review about my new shirts What a bunch of amateurs Of course I ll drop a complaint at the Dutch consumer authority Don t buy any product at Assure Apparently it s all one big scam

Worst company in the Switzerland

Worst company in the Switzerland its a shame that gives strange shadows to financially sound country their license to operate is questionable i terminated contract with them i changed insurance company they did send me new bills after 1 5 years since termination did not work in their view they waked up after 1 5 years and send me bill of 7000CHF for whole period of 1 year

doesn t remove accident insurance

On the phone they told me how to remove the accident insurance so I sent the documents as asked nothing happened Called again sent again still nothing I ve been working 40 hours a week since July 2024 I ll change to another one as soon as possible Stay away from them

Not to choose this provider

I took an appointment with Assura to stipulate my new insurance offer We made an appointment by phone for last Friday at 7 30 pm I rushed home and I deleted all the appointment because of that Nobody came at that time nobody called me Nothing Really bad bad bad company I didn t even call them back since I would never put my health in their hands

DO NOT TAKE THIS INSURANCE This is the cheapest insurance in Switzerland but the service and customer support are absolutely terrible To contact them you must call a non-free number The wait times are so long that you can easily spend CHF 10 just trying to get through While they have an app you cannot contact them through it although they do send messages via the app There is no email address available for customer inquiries either Additionally they do not provide support in English Other insurance providers in Switzerland offer far better services including English-speaking support multiple contact options and better accessibility The price difference is minimal maybe CHF 20 but the quality of service is incomparable

They lied to me about our coverage

They lied to me about our coverage It turned out our maternity ward was not covered by Assura although most other providers do cover it and although the salesperson at Assura guaranteed us we had nothing to worry about They refused to cancel the plan afterwards so that now we are double-insured paying Assura 500CHF per month for absolutely nothing An utterly worthless and lying company NEVER CHOOSE ASSURA
