Yesterday I got a call back from Aura in response to the voicemail I had left for them Representative was Bob who was extremely patient informative and helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service we have received thus far from Aura Would recommend Aura without any reservations

IDENTITY GUARD is the best I was timely notified with an alert of a fraudulent account opened in my name and the case specialist Jeff was the best Jeff helped me get the issue resolved in a prompt and professional manner Jeff is very efficient knowledgeable and so very helpful I feel good knowing I have someone in my corner helping me work through this Thank you

Credit Card Fraud

Got a call today from Bank of America regarding an attempt to open an Alaskan airlines credit card in my name As I was thinking this was a scam I looked down at my phone and noticed the notification from Aura Besides Aura I currently have another credit monitoring service which did not catch the hard inquiry on my credit like Aura did And the other service charges far more money Aura has delivered on their promise I was able to freeze my credit at all three credit bureaus and have the hard inquiry removed off my credit because of Aura s notification

Juanita made me feel like a special client and went out of her way to explain certain confusing things She pulled up my credit file and meticulously went through everything with me and we made phone calls This is an amazing customer service experience she provides

Lawrence was excellent

Lawrence was one of the most helpful persons I have talked to for assistance He knew the answers to my questions And I threw him some what I thought were some hard ones His demeanor on the phone was exceptional If he could be assigned to answer all my calls this would be the ultimate customer service call

Shanna is kind understanding empathetic and courteous I am so glad she is the one who called me She has a calming demeanor that helps decrease anxiety from someone like me dealing with identity theft or fraud issues I found our conversation to be pleasant which was surprisingly unexpected I appreciate Shanna as a decent human being as well as an Aura employee and am grateful for her help
