Very poor after service the machine

Very poor after service the machine scanner will not up date Frankly do not buy from Autel I promise you will regret it They promise the world and delivery over priced junk Buy a cheap code read for 100 it has all the same function you need who needs another tool to read your emails and watch you-tube because that s all the differences is when you try and use one of the special functions you find it will not work on that model of car so I suspect it will not work on any car models All you seem to get is nothing more than live data and and codes the same as a very cheap machine from ebay

Terrible horrible customer service If I could rate them with a zero stars I would I had issues with the scan tool under the manufacture warranty period They replaced the unit with one that didn t have any programs on it They said that I would have to pay 800 to have programs installed on it and it s not their problem it s mine Why would I have to pay again since I already paid for the programs when I purchased the unit I contacted the Napa store that I purchased the tool from no help there either since they purchased it from a local distributor I contacted the distributor that they bought it from no help there either What a terrible experience

Never ever buy from them

Never ever buy from them I purchase scanner for almost 1500 and received a very poor package just plastic wrapped When I asked them for return they started to play a game so I contacted PayPal to help After a week I have a chance for return to there address in CA with signature for delivery and after they received it they keep quiet for a weeks I contacted Paypal again and this people send a new return address now in China They try to Scam me but thanks Paypal for the help After the month I got my money back

Been waiting two days for autel to respond gave them over 5k for my scanner im thinking l probably waisted my money my old otc scanner is more useful

This company hasn t been helpful at all 8 attempts at emailing customer service in which they claim 24 hour response but they get back to you 7 business days later Don t look for a professional reply to any of your questions because whoever answers your email from autels end responds with slang wording and very short undescriptive in their reply My TS601 worked perfectly fine before I updated with autels latest update did the update then powered off the device My device never turned back on I wish I read reviews on this company before I purchased a device from them UPDATE I was on hold waiting to speak to a technician at autel waited for 2 hours they simply hung up before I got to speak to anyone Customer Service Rating 0Simply look at alternative companys stay away from autel

I purchased a upright walker thru wal market marketplace it was the OasisSpace used it a few times and the front right wheel broke Wal mart contacted the company twice for me but never heard from them After ready the reviews I feel lucky I m out only 183 dollars I gave a 1 star because you have to fill in the blank I will check before buying next time

Buyers Beware Poor customer service and warranty repairs My scanner stopped working within 5 months and was returned for warranty repairs The warranty stated is one year I did everything as requested The scanner was registered and a invoice was provided I received a email later stating that I had to pay a 100 00 deductible to have the scanner repaired I have returned all my Autel scanners There are many competitive scanner companies available with superior customer support
