Hi all this is my experience if you are interested please read For everyone who wants to know the Autel website is very serious and honestly I am impressed I had paid around 2700 for a product I mistakenly purchased I reached out to their support told them I had made a mistake and they were very responsive and refunded my money Then they added to my order what I actually wanted to buy and on top of that my order arrived in 2 days very fast I checked the product and they offered me 2 years of updates for it I am very satisfied and excited I will post a video on my YouTube channel Thank you Autel you are great All their products are high quality and I am very happy with my purchase i trust them

Updated though the website and not on my Scanner MaxiCOM MK808S I was a little worried since it was less expensive than what my scanner was saying on the screen It worked fine though it took a few days to show up due to the holiday season However I booted the scanner and it was set for another year no problem Great communication and service Saved a few bucks what s not to like peaty
