Gray imports possibly fake cloned devices as they dont do nearly half the functions service hot funcions advertised no warranty or uk support and they will never refund in full if its not as described or faulty very rude and offensive customer services refuse to issue any refund or return label avoid the temptation of a cheap scan tool its a scam

Please be very very careful in dealing with Autelstore co uk a Chinese company literally run from China - not the UK as I thought Do not confuse Autelstore Co Uk with the Autel UK who are UK main dealers for Autel and are based in Dunstable Also any devices purchased from Autelstore are highly likely known as grey imports and are NOT covered with any UK warranty or UK service although its very unclear on their website they have to be returned directly to China Also note even if the device is switched on the company regard this as a used device and mention NO full refund On another matter the courier they use is known as CE China Express UK Limited Unit W8 Westpoint Middlemore Lane West Walsall WS9 8BG read their negative reviews on 192 com and Trustpilot via the direct link to Myluckyteeth Apparently from the reviews the courier s send out poor cheaply made products and according to many the company don t reply to emails or phone calls This courier also employs one person uk globaldatabase com website despite sending my package back to Walsall as per the return address sticker on the original packaging I was told by Autelstore to return to China - it was too late by then as the package had been tracked and signed Also note despite asking the full address of the Autelstore UK warehouse location they always avoid the question Research revealed the courier address deals as an operating warehouse so I assume Autelstore warehouse is located here as well More so as Autelstore never answered my question Also avoid going through Paypal Resolution Centre as despite a tracked signature they declined my claim In the end go through your bank or building society for a payment reversal claim Therefore If you purchase any diagnostic device for your vehicle and wish to return the product for a refund then expect a lot of problems and disputes with this Chinese Company So just to recap if your product is to be returned for a refund it cannot be sent back to the Walsall return address as originally shown on packaging Secondly in their eyes the device is now second hand and doesn t come into the UK consumer rules but it has no UK warranty or service And lastly my experience is as follows I bought the Autel MD808 Pro diagnostic device from their website It mentioned the device could be used on a whole range of different vehicles What they do not tell you and in my case I own a 2015 Vauxhall car is the software is only compatible with Vauxhall cars before 2012 Therefore the oil reset feature is not compatible with my vehicle Regrettably even the latest version software downloads do not have the latest vehicles Just be careful

Paid 351 via Paypal for Mk808 12 dec 20 Site says Autel Authorised Dealer Late hours of 12 dec I come across bad reviews about this site 13 Dec I search for more info and come across Autel co uk - the real UK dealer Reading there site it says that Mk808 is not even a real UK device It is a grey import which is known to be widely copied and cloned Some work ok but some are missing functions and real Autel update The Mk808 is not and will never be covered by a UK warranty so repairs and it may well need some after short use and done in China so buyer would need to post at their own cost Basically it is quite often not a real Autel product when buying at a lower price so do not buy cheaper And a real UK Authosised dealer would not sell them so they are not an Authorised dealer - BEWARE OF THEM After reading this I logged into the autelstore co uk to view my order and luckily it still said Pending because it was a Sunday I posted in comment box to cancel my order before they could dispatch and asked for a Paypal refund I also send a bunch of emails saying the same Monday 14 dec came and they have indeed cancelled my order closed my account login and said they will refund After many requests they now say they will refund but I have to do it - at least I think that s what they mean Wording is broken English so hard to understand I have contacted Paypal and they agreed to fast track and escalate this case because being a china website disguised as a UK site and not just simply pressing Refund they also have alarm bells ringing Fraud It is currently 17 20HRS 14 dec as I write this and as of most of today they are no longer returning my messages Paypal have assured me that 1 way or another they will get my money but I reckon it will be next year before I get it so I won t be buying a real one until then PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE I TRULY BELIEVE MOST IF NOT ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FALSE

Paid 150 for test kit and it was never sent I checked through the web address they sent and it showed as in transit Then I checked with Netherland Post and it does not exist Obviously been scammed One to avoid Having to chase now for a refund

Autelstore co uk is selling genuine autel equipment that is NOT compatible with the UK market It is known as a Grey import and can only perform basic functions like read DTC s and clear them It will NOT code any vehicles such as battery injector or even perform dpf regeneration as it is only for the Asian USA Canadian markets If you purchase ANY autel diagnostic tool from autelstore co uk it is NOT compatible for the UK and is NOT eligible for updates or repairs by any UK dealer If it has the prefix MT before the model number it is a grey import All UK models are prefixed with MX Autelstore co uk states that it ships from Barnstable UK which is actually where the UK head office is However the return address is slightly different DO NOT RETURN any grey import to the return address Barnstable This is not the PayPal address of the sender and you will not get your refund The return address is Shenzhen China where they will refuse to pay there own import taxes and send the package back to the sender ONLY use PayPal for your return package and you will receive your refund The Amazon and eBay market places are flooded with these grey imports of the autelstore co uk items and do not state that they are not compatible for all functions in the UK NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Please please avoid

Purchased AL619 diagnostic tool which according to the website should work with Mercedes Despite Sprinter van being on the tool set-up menu the tool would not read the ABS fault codes I emailed Autelstore but they wouldn t confirm if the scanner was faulty and that my Sprinter van should definitely be compatible I asked the specific question multiple times but they would not respond so I was forced to send the tool back and ask for a refund They withheld 10 of the 79 purchase price for restocking and would not cover the return postage costs I managed to get Paypal to sort out the withheld 10 but I am still down on the postage costs and don t know whether the item was faulty or just didn t cover my Sprinter van despite being advertised as such i still need a tool to read the fault codes but I wouldn t buy from these people again After the withheld 10 was refunded I received an odd email from their customer service saying I do really be shame on you Never buy from us I will set your details in our blacklist

Wait until the unit gets a fault Less than 12 months old won t charge want me to pay to send it back to China for repair still under warranty and having to pay to get it back for repair

AVOID Co uk website UK warehouse but returns including faulty items are to China at your expense plus they will deduct both customs fees and a restocking fee amount unknown from your refund Take all product descriptions with a large pinch of salt as it s almost guaranteed that functions and features will be missing or it won t work on your car You will of course be blamed for any issues The returns policy made no mention of returns to China only until I complained and it has now been changed which is no help to me as I ordered before this revision Customer service is appalling and any legitimate request to return an item dispatched from the UK warehouse is met with the same drivel about them not being able to guarantee the item will arrive at the UK warehouse and yet they are happy to use the UK postal service to dispatch the faulty junk they sell You have been warned
