I would NOT recommend this gate company

I would NOT recommend this gate company based on my experience Several issues arose during and after the installation process that left us dissatisfied Motor and Electrical Issues The motor had multiple problems and despite initial assurances that the company would handle all electrical work we had to hire our own electricians to complete parts of the job A new motor had to be ordered as the first one was non functional Functional Problems The gate frequently malfunctioned struggling to open and close properly Unplanned Charges We were billed for additional parts that were not part of the original agreement which felt misleading and unprofessional This appears to be a common occurrence I have heard this from other individuals that have used the company Payment Dispute We requested a delay in making the final 20 payment until the gate was fully functional but this was refused The company insisted on immediate payment stating they are only as a small business and initiated a debt collection agency Installer Behavior During the installation multiple neighbors complained about the character and behavior of the installation staff While the engineers were professional the conduct of the installers was disappointing and unbefitting of a company charging premium rates Given the high cost we expected a smooth and professional experience which this company failed to deliver I recommend seeking an alternative provider to avoid similar frustrations Very disappointing do not recommend
