So far so good really good I bought the 60day challenge following a recommendation of ACV by a friend during a really bad flare up of Lyme Disease After a week I felt brighter my joint swelling had lessened I haven t had as many chronic headaches my hair has slowed down to almost not falling out in clumps various natural bodily functions have returned to normal I feel full after eating and quite frankly I m thrilled I am writing down everything that I feel changes each week and I can t wait to see where I am at the end of the last bottle I have my 50ml first thing in the morning with a glass of lightly sparkling water and a small squeeze of lemon and it is delicious

Really nice and easier than making my own

I have been making my own Fire Cider but saw this and thought I would give it a go It s excellent I take 2 tablespoons every morning with my Kombucha and I just feel better for it
