Awful I m every sense do not use these

Awful in every sense and overall experience do not use these guys Waiting for an overpayment to be returned waited 2 months now Do not use this company if you want good customer serviceNever left a review before which sums up how bad this company is

The worst and last company I will ever use

The worst and last company I will ever get a loan from Paid half my loan of early tried closing my full account down today but what an absolute joke they set up an additional 2 payments which I never agreed to Spoke to 4 different advisors who told me 4 different pieces of information All there staff including there managers need re-training I will be taking this further as I do have call recordings on each call and I can t stress enough how no-one should ever use this company Absolutely disgusting I can t begin to explain how terrible the service from this company is

They don t deserve one star They can t respond to queries or complaints correctly or professionally and think it s acceptable to send an automated email to communicate Forget speaking with advisors they can never put you on the phone to a manager or the correct department They just say we will raise it on your account Oh and don t even think of moving your payment dates when you log in online as they sting you with even more interest that doesn t show until you have paid what you believe to be your final instalment Double whammy again with the ridiculous APR they have made already on interest charged to me on the loan Never again

Just applied for a loan with Avant Credit which was approved in principal Got an e-mail saying I was just steps away from getting funds today Another e-mail with details of direct debit mandate and payment schedule Then an e-mail saying loan had been declined Rubbish they give false hope

Would be a zero if It was a choice

Would be a zero if It was a choice Shambles of a company Take all your log in details for your bank account which can prove 2500 being paid in each month and never missed any payments anywhere and own my own home with 130000 equity and still DECLINED after them setting up direct debit etc Avoid this company as it takes them 5 days to come to a decision when on day 1 it said my loan application had been accepted Been offered a much better loan rate now with a decent company

The worst customer service of every company I have ever dealt with Through my own fault I had filed for bankruptcy successfully paid back a previous one they marked me down as defaulting 18 payments after I filed Emailed them 100s of times rang them Keep passing it on to there specialists literally made my life hell for 2 years and no closer to rectifying Save yourself hassle and go to a reputable company who respects there customers

Could not get reps on phone to understand paying early and changing payment date I never ever got this resolved they purposely missed a payment to get more interest and have never provided me with my refund despite promising after I complained Have now escalated to Ombudsmen out of principle to get my money back They deliberately took days to reply to emails during lock down so they could charge more interest each day Please avoid them if you can

I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more incompetent company It has been over 3 weeks since applying for a loan and still no decision made I have followed this up every day and keep getting the same generic response via email or the same script read out when I make a phone call utterly ridiculous Shouldn t be this difficult to say yes or no I just want to know the outcome then I can decide whether to make alternate arrangements

Outrageous waiting times for complaints To be fair complaint upheld but the waiting time for being paid out redress claims is ridiculous Quick off the mark when they are not being paid their money Getting answers to questions from complaints department is also a no go Your account has been passed to a different department with no contact details for this other department Come on avant start dealing with these complaints a bit better
