Waiting for refund shocking customer service

Loan paid off early with an over payment I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the refund which is still with the resolutions department who can t be contacted other than by e-mail even by Avant Credit staff Shockingly bad customer service and wouldn t recommend or use again

No stars if I could Shocking service Promise you ll be accepted Delaying tactics for over a week even though they advertise same day service Set up a direct debit on my account for payments even though I had received no correspondence from them at all let alone anything to say that I was accepted Always had to call and chase myself Said they called but didn t Keep you waiting then right at the end when they have nothing further to delay on decline the application Did not carry out one thing that they advertise Shocking company and customer service Please do not use don t put yourself through the heartache agony or aggravation

I was guided by Noddle to this company

I was guided by Noddle to this company for a loan to help protect my credit score 100 Pre Approved it said or I wouldn t have bothered offering me 11 1 apr I ve never had a finance company behave the way Avant did Three days waiting with no communication only to be declined only finding out by checking my junk folder on my emails I class this as mis-selling to customers and further damaged credit score Stay away from this company

Shambolic company run by charlatans

Unfortunately unable to post a zero star Shambolic company with extremely poor customer service Fob you off with lies and then completely ignore emails when you try and raise a complaint I paid off my loan early but in the period between the money being paid to Avant and it reaching the account another payment was taken I contacted avant and was told it would take 14 working days to process a refund for the overpayment Well that was nearly 5 weeks ago and I have been fobbed off ever since and still haven t received my money back Steer well clear of these chancers there are more reputable companies you can deal with rather than these charlatans

Very poor company to deal with

Very poor company to deal with Gave me a 100 pre approved deal stating the rate would be 11 7 without telling me changed it to 35 Luckily I noticed before accepting the deal On the original offer it stated if getting the loan the 11 7 rate was guaranteed Very dishonest company Surprised these kind of companies are still allowed to operate in the UK Would not advise using them

Stay away

Sold me a loan when I was in financial hardship putting further strain on my financial situation Very very bad eligibility checks I had multiple loans that I was rolling from many other loan company s yet this loan firm somehow deemed me eligible Currently in the process of claiming back interest due to the loan being unaffordable First request denied 2 weeks before I take my case to the Financial ombudsman 100 steer clear of this company This company will prey on the desperate if they gave me a loan in my situation they will Approve anyone My credit file would have showed 40 payday loans from multiple company s that I was rolling sometimes multiple loans a month Yet they still approved me Terrible terrible company

Total rip off company

Total rip off company Offered me a settlement for irresponsible lending which I paid then sold the settled debt to Asset Collections I am going to court to get a ruling against this company I will post my defence once I have had it struck it off Asset Collections have already lost a case against me regarding a loan with Uncle Buck It should be noted that they did not attend court and submitted sub standard evidence which the judge could not even read with her glasses on

Terrible company

Terrible company Got a good credit score of 793 but declined me stating that they couldn t confirm my identity even though I went through a credit scoring agency who recommended them and that I had been pre approved for a loan they also had bank statements pay slip Most annoying was that they get you thinking that you have the loan by sending you a direct debit mandate tell you how much your monthly payments will be and then zap the life out of you when they send you a declined email stating that they can t confirm your identity

Avant Credit have some serious issues

Avant Credit have some serious issues Their website is not fit for purpose It mentions an outstanding balance when in fact the loan is paid off It is 49 days since the loan was settled My credit files show I still owe them money which is not the case I am unable to obtain a consolidation loan as a result of their incompetence They have caused my life to go into meltdown and as a long term sufferer of depression I feel like calling it a day and taking my own life

rubbish do not use

like most this company do not deserve even 1 star minus 10 would not be enough ring them and the call takers are useless email them and they do not reply we sent 1 email in february and they actually replied this week september do not use this company although i see they are no longer accepting loan applications so i wonder if they have finally given up
