Why change the formula

Why change the formula This was the only moisturiser I could rely on before and the new formula is terrible My skin feels less moisturised and reacts badly stings with the new ingredients The smell is far more chemical and the texture less definitely less smooth whilst the moisture lasts for a shorter period of time Very disappointed and worried now about finding a new moisturiser for my dry skin

Terrible new formula Cheap and nasty

Been using for years was rich and absorbed right into skin within a minute or so really helped hydrate New formula is rubbish it is stick tacky and leaves an annoying film over skin it just feels horrible and doesn t do the job no matter how much you put in does not hydrate and just gets more filmy It s thinner ad doesn t leave a nice clean feeling like before Won t be buying again Feels just dirty on my skin like the rest of the other cheap lotions

New formula is awful

Have bought the daily moisturiser lotion for years Trusted and relied on this product for my dry sensitive skin No longer New formula is greasy tacky and does not absorb into my skin but sits on the surface Irritated my skin immediately and had difficulty washing it off Trust gone I will never buy any Aveeno products again Own goal for sure Had a loyal customer no more

Give us back our old Aveeno

Terrible They changed the formula and those of us with sensitive skin raged at them but they have ignored us all and clearly placed profits over customer care Shame on you for selling a skin condition product with no thought or care for those who suffer from skin condition Give us back our proper Aveeno

The formula has changed

The formula has changed I immediately noticed a chemical smell and suspected a change of formula It no longer has colloidal oat complex written on the front Oats is much lower down on the ingredients list They have created an inferior formulation which I imagine is far cheaper and is entirely for the purpose of profiteering Many people rely on the previous formulation for their eczema I am angry that they have done this I thought it was a trustworthy brand Please return to the old formulation urgently

New formulation causes break outs

Was a loyal customer of the positively radiant cleanser bottle with the green pump for over 10 years It was the only cleanser that worked for my acne When I tried the new formulation which came in a larger bottle with a brown pump I noticed the consistency was completely different I decided to try it anyway since I trusted Aveeno but it caused my skin to break out Furthermore they decided not to publish my negative review about the formulation change This is extremely disturbing since they can effectively skew the product rating in their favor

Changed the formula and now it burns

Aveeno was the first moisturiser I found that didn t irritate my skin The new formula is added caprylyl glycol which is suppose to help it penetrate the skin more easily Seems that not doing that is exactly why the old recipe was good and they ve shot themselves in the foot

New Aveeno formula is garbage

Have used and loved Aveeno creamy moisturizing oil for years When I went to replace it Aveeno has substituted something called creamy oil moisturizer which is absolute garbage with an unpleasant scent and it works nothing like the original Now I see there are many reviews online about Aveeno doing this switch Obviously this new formula is garbage and Aveeno needs to go back to the original formula

Aveeno waste of money

Aveeno had been a great product for over 5 years but its recently changed and lost its benefit at least for me also the pump system fails to deliver 25 of the cream left at the bottom of the 500mm bottle All in all a very expensive product that used to work well for me and now is a waste of money
