For many years I have used the label 8253 special for vibrant colors for my Christmas labels This year 2022 the labels are sub standard and the reds are not vibrant as they used to be I know how to print the paper used to make the labels are of poor Quality

Their sticker sizes their software

Their sticker sizes their software has the Height and Width reversed and the dimensions never fit your image It does not come out right This could not be explained by them as they are not even aware of this fact Disappointing

Avery s New Design and Print Software Poor

Avery has moved to a new online software the is the worst I used the Design and Print software that was installed on my computer and it worked great had all the fonts installed on the computer worked great Now the new online software will not use the fonts installed on the computer and the templates the are compatible with Word are not editable Called their support and was basically told too bad too sad I have lost faith in Avery

Avery 8 Big Tab Insertable Pocket

Avery 8 Big Tab Insertable Pocket Plastic Dividers for 3-ring binders are terrible The former plastic dividers were much sturdier but these new ones are flimsy and useless

Nom-existent customer service

I ve ordered something so my business Bare in mind this was now over 3 weeks ago since I placed the order and NO ONE from customer service is replying to me Absolutely shocking service and if you want to wash your money down a drain then use Avery because I promise they ll help you do that Horrible company

Avery allowed me to go thru and spend

Avery allowed me to go thru and spend hours customizing my labels order A week goes by and i receive an email saying that a portion of my order was out of stock and if i wanted to modify the size by a 1 2 inch i could do so at my own expense ie spend more time creating another product pay to ship it and repurchase When i asked for a full refund as i had not received my order yet i was told that 1 item our of a dozen had been shipped so i would also have to be responsible to pay for that AFTER 2 Customer Service reps had told me over the phone that i would be FULLY CREDITED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Precision Rotary Cutters Not Precision

Avery should be brought before the advertising standards authority for using the word PRECISION for their rotary cutters Both the A3 and replacement were out by 3mm if it says A4 it should cut A4 how hard is it for you to get an accurate right angle for us to measure against we should be able to trust your markings if it is called a PRECISION tool We swapped it for a Dahle a much cheaper accurate product When the r1st replacement arrived it was clear the box had been opened I was horrified that there were drops of blood on the inside flap and grubby fingermarks on the front and back of the base board you would think that extra effort would be made with a replacement to ensure it was perfect I feel sorry for all the resellers whose reputation is being damaged by offering these dodgy products Avery used to be a trusted brand I am so disappointed and would not recommend their rotary trimmers

Changed my design without permission and charged me for it

I ordered 168 lip balm labels and had it exactly how I needed Avery edited my labels and asked me if I liked the edit better I said no I said if they edited them I wouldn t be able to use them because They ignored my attempts to contact to revert to the original that I paid for and then charged me and sent me the their version of what I should be using It s like ordering a pepperoni pizza and they give you a mushroom and say too bad But you re allergic to mushrooms
