SCAM ALERT Well folks don t be in any hurry to deal with them Here buried in the fine print is their secret They brag about being Canadian but they are not they also say satisfaction guaranteed it is not I received a purportedly nice jacket after 4 weeks from China I know I should have known better the quality is terrible and the fit is terrible I m an easy fit normally and yes we followed the size guide Now I m in a dispute with them through PayPal DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM if you receive something chances are it won t fit or you ll discover the quality issue too BUYER BEWARE I did offer them the refund option before escalating it back but here we are In fairness they offered me a 50 refund eventually or to keep the garment and select something else why would anyone do that based on my first experience SCAM ALERT

They are a reseller and drop shipper Terrible product and terrible return policy Took for ever to arrive and then it was just brutal quality and a Large fit like a small Then when i tried to return they said I had 2 options keep item and give me 30 of original price of ship at my expense to some obscure Chinese manufacture and wait who knows how long for my refund Oh and I was not going to give my cc info to some co in China Buyer beware

Cheap Quality SCAM

Ordered 2 long hooded sweaters and the quality is horrible cheap material that is very thin and flimsy Sent an email re returns and no response If you get a discount on the items you can t get your money back AND you are responsible for sending your items back to Asia and will not receive money back until the items have been received in Asia SCAM ALERT this company is a joke stay clear Hopefully this helps someone else from making the mistake I did

Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased When will I learn My jacket arrived - cheap fabric cheap zippers and too large The company advertises that you can return or exchange but what you don t know is to return you have to mail to China with tracking at your cost I decided to go for an exchange instead Well guess what - they will send you a different size for more money 19 98 for shipping and you get to keep the first piece of junk Do not buy from this company Shoddy clothes and business practises

If I could do lower than 1 star I would Garbage Also their 30 day refund policy is sketchy AF Have to return to China in less than 30 days and cost more to send them the price of the junk products Do not fall for this It s a scam

Everything went wrong sizing chart was off delivery took forever product cardigan was terrible really bad They made returning impossible and expensive Definitely a SCAM DO NOT BUY from them

There s nothing Vancouver about Avery Attire Their shipping is NOT through Canada Post as stated on the website The Hazel Cardigans I received were made from the cheapest of materials and were not soft and comfortable at all They make returns impossible Scam company in China
