What can I say awful dress No idea what material made from but the cheapest out there Possibly a fire risk No care or material label Cheap and v nasty Avoid

The jeans are no regular length and poor quality nothing like they look online And they have a ridiculous returns policy which requires you return the item with 14 days of the date you ordered And you need to request a return label needless to say didn t arrive My advice DON T ORDER ANYTHING FOR THE SITE

Unable to get a reply from this company regarding obtaining an address from them for returns I have sent numerous emails which they are ignoring Had I read feedback I would never have ordered from them They are stilladvertising in Facebook and possibly in another name which should not be allowed ine

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYI ordered two dresses that were not suitable The site states Returns available When I asked to return for a refund the made an offer of50 of the amount I paid I refused it and said I wanted to return for a full refund But now after 10 emails they aren t actually replying to my response They just keep repeating over and over We have replied It s impossible to contact other than by email and they aren t reading my messages properly It s very distressing Do not trust

Don t buy The dress is nothing like the video no where near the amount of material material is cheap polyester not a good fit either Tried to return absolutely no chance Offered me 10 the dress cost 19 99 I eventually took the 10 and put the dress on Vinted hoping to get a little more of my cash back

Stay away from this retailer the merchandise is so very cheaply made and looks nothing like the advertising My dress arrived absolutely disgusting the material is awful and the pattern is faded Impossible to try and return items Instagram and Facebook should take this company down and not allow them to advertise

It s either a scam or a seriously dysfunctional company

My partner stupidly decided to use this website and what arrived in no way resembled that advertised It s such a con it s actually a wee bit funny Customer service seemingly non existent She should have read the reviews on here or been generally more savvy online but she was taken in by fake facebook reviews We ll be raising a case with paypal in hope of getting our money back

I ordered a dress from this company which arrived after about two weeks The dress is awful so obviously I want to return it for a refund Nowhere on their website is there a contact number or returns address and nothing in the packaging with an address of phone number You are only given 14 days for returns so I am now out of time Don t use this company product quality is dreadful and no returns available
