Detailed survey report

Andrew the surveyor is nice and helpful finished the inspection and returned the report in a few days Although there was minor issues about arranging for inspection everything went well later on I know some people may like talking on the phone but I d rather register and make the payment online this is the only thing I could think of if there s anything they need to improve

Very thorough would use again

Got a level 2 homebuyer survey Avery Co lived up to everything they promise on their website - the inspection and report were detailed every member of staff I dealt with was efficient and polite actions were timely Overall high quality and good value I would trust them with any survey I might need in the future

Amazing quality and detailed reports

Amazing quality and detailed reports - very thorough and great business model of speaking to client when outside the property to see if there are any concerns easy to speak to when report is produced to answer any questions Used Avery Co twice and would highly recommend - Alex was the surveyor on both occasions

Great service from start to finish Easy company to deal with very helpful and informative would definitely recommend Alex was brilliant very knowledgeable and happy to help and give advice We weren t made to feel a nuisance with all of our questions Alex did a great job especially finding the dead cat in the loft Many thanks again

A big thanks The survey produced was very accurate and user friendly easy to read yet complex enough to highlight both positives and defects on house Helped me to negotiate on a property I was purchasing Moreover I think its important to mention the communication was top notch Contacted directly by the surveyor and phoned me multiple times to keep me updated Highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish will 100 use again

From the initial inquiry I had a phone call back within an hour speaking with one of the owners of the company she explained in detail and advised on what level of survey I might need and let me decide between the two Payment was made shorty after over the phone and a survey was booked within two weeks of my inquiry The surveyor called when at the property to ask if there was anything specific I wanted looking at and the report was sent a few days afterwards Great service Would definitely use again

Excellent service Professional great communication and response times Our Home Buyer s Survey report was thorough and detailed Alex was friendly and helpful throughout and he was there for us whenever questions arose both prior to and after the survey He addressed any concerns about the property and explained the report clearly Fantastic Thank you

Would highly recommend Alex at Avery Co

Alex completed a level 2 survey for us in August He was beyond helpful taking numerous calls from us and explaining everything in detail Customer service at its very best Cannot recommend him highly enough Without him we would have made a costly mistake
