An amazing experience

An amazing experience - this is our second time using Avery Co The turnaround on our level 2 survey was really quick both from the team arranging the survey and the surveyor completing it and delivering the report The report was really thorough and clear and the surveyor Alex was brilliant They rang the morning of the survey to see if there were any particular aspects we wanted checking and then after they completed the report they took the time to go through the key areas with us over the phone so that we could make sure we understood each aspect of the report and the work that was required Would use again in a heartbeat

I had a Level 2 Home Survey with valuation from Avery Co I was very impressed with the quality of the survey and the service Alex Griffiths investigated queries I raised in advance of the survey and was very detailed in his report After the survey I was able to contact Alex for any further clarification Alex provided a great service I therefore thoroughly recommend Avery Co and Alex Griffiths

I booked a level 2 home buyers survey North Wales area with Avery co and they have been great right from booking through to receiving the report Alex the surveyor phoned on the morning of the survey to ask if there was anything in particular I had noticed and talked me through how the report worked and what it would look like The report was emailed to me within 5 working days with the option to speak to Alex about any questions I had He phoned within a day and was really patient answering all my questions and reassuring me about aspects I was worrying about after initially reading the report Being a first time buyer I can t thank Alex enough for taking the time at 5pm on a Friday to talk me through the report The advice he gave has actually ended up saving me quite a bit of money already which is an amazing added bonus

From very first contact Avery Co were excellent I was contacted almost immediately after I sent my enquiry despite it being after normal working hours Louise took time to talk me through all the options with clarity and honesty My Survey Report was excellent with just the right level of detail for my purpose The Surveyor Andrew contacted me before and after he visited the property to talk me through his observations in advance of the formal report His eye for detail was fantastic and he noted issues I had not noticed for myself The Administration team were efficient at every contact I would not hesitate to recommend
