Sam was excellent from start to finish

Sam was excellent from start to finish from the initial enquiry to receiving the full report He spoke to me before the survey to check what I wanted him to focus on then when I received the report he talked me through it patiently and explained each area of concern Sam was superb and comes highly recommended

Excellent communication

Alex did the house survey for us from Avery Co He was great We wanted someone who would be very communicative do a really thorough job We wanted to be able to talk to them before and after to give specific instructions and get feedback and subjective opinions on specific items that wouldn t necessarily appear in the official written report Alex was that man He was easy to communicate with gave exceptional detail and was available for follow-up chats Highly recommend

I was recommended to use Avery co by a friend and I m extremely pleased that I did Alex Griffiths came to value my house so I could pay off my help to buy loan He was a very polite young man and was extremely helpful throughout the process His communication was brilliant throughout and his report was completed within 24 hours which made things very stress free for myself

Level 3 survey on a Victorian

Had a Level 3 survey on a Victorian property in North Wales and received a fantastic and in-depth report that was clear and easy to understand Ended up pulling out of the sale as a result which was sad but a relief knowing exactly what we were about to sign up for Great detail about dampness and potential causes

Absolutely brilliant service survey was very thorough and in depth it was back to us within a week would highly recommend Avery I would definitely use them again You get what you pay for it s not the 10 minute walkover

Highly recommended Bill Lindley very knowledgeable and thorough

Great customer service from office staff during initial booking Bill Lindley carried out the survey He gave me a courtesy call on arrival at the property asking about any concerns or areas that required particular attention We received the report within a couple of days The report was very extensive and comprehensive I called to discuss a couple of points highlighted in the report and found Bill to be very helpful and knowledgeable Highly recommended

The survey report was very detailed and easy to understand It contained details of any defects found some of the defect had a possible cause and a helpful measure of importance as to when they need to be addressed I found it very helpful during my house purchase

This is not the first time you have used the services of Avery and Company they came highly recommended by a friend And his recommendation was not false we Received a cracking service Thus it was a no brainer we would use them the second time And as with the first time a brilliant service again The surveyor who carried out the inspection on both occasions phoned us up on the day and asked if there were any points of special interest to us that he would be looking into and I really appreciated this The two surveys were done the price was right and both the reports were absolutely excellent PM HALL MANCHERTER
