Promised delivery on a certain

Promised delivery on a certain day phoned in morning and was told no room on lorry so would be next day a phone call would of been good but nothing once orders placed no communication as to when you could expect bit more communications wouldn t go a miss second lot of sleepers were not the same as first 30 ordered different colour not as good quality and sizes were different

Not the best service

First of all they called to say they no longer sold the items that I d ordered despite them still being on their website and them still taking my money for them So I accepted the alternative that they offered me they refunded the difference but I m still waiting for delivery despite being told it would be with me last week

ORDERED FENCING MATERIALS INFORMED THAT COLOUR WAS OUT OF STOCK AGREED TO ACCEPT COLOUR AVAILABLE SECOND ORDER CAME ON SAME DELIVERY BUT STILL CHARGED FOR TWO DELIVERIES INFORMED OFFICE AND WAS TOLD A REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN BACK TO CREDIT CARD NO CREDIT RANG AGAIN AND PROMISED MONEY 25 WOULD DEFINITELY BE CREDITED STILL WAITING DELIVERY DATE 7TH MARCH 2020

No notification of when they would deliver Phoned to chase and they told me it would arrive same day Luckily I was at home that day Their delivery notification system is clearly flawed This has been reported in multiple other reviews going back months but they don t appear to have done anything to resolve

Decking

the decking were of bad quality discoloration dirt and significant variations in colours Was not possible to choose the right ones because was brought from the yard by an employee without the possibility of choosing Basingstoke is much better I recommend that warehouse over Havant

Went to Ava fencing on Friday 26th to order some fence panels went to office and told I could not go and look at the panels but I ordered them any way I ordered 8 panels a 6ft by 3 ft and two 6ft by 6ft panels told I would get them Monday afternoon by approx 14 30 but that did not arrive I was phoned and asked if I could accept 4ft panels and I said no so they said they don t have enough so they would deliver what they and bring the rest Tuesday and they never arrived so had to phone them and they said they would not be hear today would have to deliver them Wednesday morning why do they take your money and promise a delivery day that they can t keep and tell lies would never recommend or buy from these again

Bad delivery

Admirably quick delivery However they didn t tell us what day they were delivering so we couldn t move the car to make space Then they didn t knock on the door when they arrived so we couldn t do it then So they dumped the whole lot on the neighbour s front garden So my wife and her daughter who is far from well had to move the whole lot themselves Bad show

Over 50 of the boards were warped so

Over 50 of the boards were warped so badly that it made it virtually impossible to lay the decking correctly

Delivery came later afternoon rather than mid morning one fence panel is brokien driver dropped and split a bag of readymix

Unfortunately when having ordered some

Unfortunately when having ordered some privacy fencing it didn t arrive within the 3-5 days when i called to enquire i was told it would be shipped on the following Tuesday then later on Tuesday afternoon i called to enquire again and was told it had been moved to a Thursday delivery Then on Thursday i was called by AVS to say the delivery had arrived their end but it was the wrong fencing and that the fencing i had ordered was no longer available They did offer alternatives but i declined requesting a refund which did come back within a week
