Cancelled my order without telling me

Disappointed with customer service They cancelled my order without telling me So I was waiting for a delivery that didn t happen Didn t reply to 2 emails I sent enquiring about my order When I got through to someone on the phone they said they didn t have my email address But I had got a confirmation of my order from them by email so that wasn t true Someone was meant to call back today so I could place the order again as the fence panels are back in stock But no one has called On the plus side they did refund my payment quickly and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful

The delivery driver bumped from a 2 to a 3

The delivery driver bumped from a 3 star to a 4 helpful polite friendly Comms was poor delivery time given as Monday but couldn t say am or pm Then Monday was cancelled so it was Tuesday A day and a half wasted on site Still no idea am or pm Champions gave me a 2 hour time slot when I ordered from them Timber was mediocre More knots than S M night at a navel base some nasty holes and unpleasant cracks too Some boards like corkscrews some made Larry Grayson look straight I will pay more and go elsewhere next time
