Was very easy to order and came after

Was very easy to order and came after an arranged delivery day Unfortunately they don t deliver on a Saturday although I thought they did as website is misleading Actual delivery was painless and pleased with products

All good bit was told on line 3-4 days

All good bit was told on line 3-4 days but took 7 I had to chase up spoke to member if staff apologised and told me when and they were delivered on that day

Very poor communication but

Very poor communication to the ping that I had to ring up to ask when my next day delivery was a week later That said happy with the driver lifting it into our garden over the hedge Decking planks are great quality

Really pleased with the order

Really pleased with the order Product excellent Only negative comments are that I didn t get notified when it was coming and when it was delivered it was delivered on to neighbours drive Which I then had to move 5 x 8ft sleepers very heavy

Good fencing but no delivery date

Fencing and other s materials in the order were fine Delivery driver was good The one annoying thing was that we weren t notified of the day of the delivery- I was out when the lorry arrived and it was just by chance that my wife was in to accept the delivery

Can t fault the oak sleepers all as described Nice delivery bloke Annoying nagging emails to review them on Trustpilot months later was the only issue

Communication was terrible but the deliver driver was amazing

Communication was terrible I had messaged to find out when to expect delivery but no answer I then got a phone call from the delivery driver telling me he was outside the house I wasn t there and wouldn t be all weekend I asked if he could drop them down the side of the house He said he would They were 4 heavy sleepers He didn t need to do it but he did and I thank him for doing it I would give the delivery driver 5 stars But the lack of communication from the company was terrible

Railway Sleepers

Order came with in the specified 7 to 10 working days order was for railway sleepers On delivery half the sleepers were the wrong colour Correct coloured sleepers redelivered with in two days of original delivery date After a phone call and sort email

Would have been a 5 if I d received any communication regarding the delivery I didn t get any warning and was out although fortunately it was left safely nor did I get a confirmation of delivery so if it had inadvertently gone to the wrong place I would never have known But very prompt - 6 days so less than the time window

Ordered on line and asked for delivery

Ordered on line and requested a specific by delivery date AVS delivered as requested Also called in to branch and was able to take a look at the type of railway sleeper I had ordered and the member of staff was very helpful with specs etc
