Placed an order for duraposts No follow up in regards to delivery When I rang Im told to expect on 30th March Call in today as I still haven t received any delivery information to be fobbed off by staff that didnt seem remotely bothered Asked for a refund as I had already put off my installer due to the long delivery time of this company Will never use again

Failed to deliver

Failed to deliver Spoke to main office several times to arrange delivery and in one instance spoke with a very rude arrogant and unhelpful man Eventually three weeks after ordering I spoke to Joe who was polite and agreed to organise delivery Once he explained the problem I was happy to cancel and place an order with Wickes which arrived in 2 days Still waiting for my refund though

Horrified at lack of service Visited 3 weeks ago Ordered and paid in full for delivery Delivery day arrives no stock no driver and insult to injury no phone call Totally inefficient and no customer care

I m really tired of companies that

I m really tired of companies that value your time as worthless Ordered railway sleepers received an email asking if a specific day was suitable email back from me to confirm all was ok After waiting all day they do state they won t provide a specific time slot called at 4 15 requesting a estimated time Then told delivery had been rearranged for tomorrow No notification no telephone call Their excuse we were just about to call you funnily enough just after I ve had to call them There are plenty of firms offering railway sleepers and garden supplies - if you want reliable service I suggest you look elsewhere

AVS fencing Ferring - what a shambles Order two items and given a deliver date Then on day nothing arrived and when rang was told my items wouldn t be coming - they hadn t even arrived Then I was told they weren t sure when deliver would be Terrible customer service - the staff are a joke So I cancelled order - I will buy products elsewhere

Panels warped and distorted to a high

Panels warped and distorted to a high degree so bad glazing panels needed trimming to fit Knots in battens so large they broke with only the slightest pressure Side panels different height Poor quality control on joints and loose or broken Two staples on each joint totally inadequate A good idea but poorly executed

Same day delivery

I added the option for same day delivery which was an additional 21 i then received an email stating the items wjll be delivered in 3-5 working days which should have been free delivery i emailed their customer complaints mulitple timea and have just bwen ignored They also forgot half of my order and had to bring it the next day

totally wet moldy and partially broken and missing

I can t believe the poor condition of the wood I received totally wet moldy and partially broken This is completely unacceptable and outrageous especially after paying extra for delivery Very disappointed update - One of the items from my order was missing adding to the frustration of an already disappointing experience Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to my order

Ironically awful

Awful The managed to mess up every delivery i ever had The staff don t care It took me 45 minutes to get 2 sheets of plasterboard one morning i was one of 2 customers waiting I have complained to Mark the GM whom over 3 weeks ago told me he d investigate and call me back He has failed to do so despite me chasing him several times The irony is that my feedback is around them making promises they don t keep and then Mark the GM does exactly that You know what they say it comes from the top Awful manager awful minions Save yourself the hassle and find a company that understands how to operate professionally

Delivery did not arrive

Made sure I was home all day to accept the delivery and it did t arrive Complete waste of my time No updates at all on when to expect my delivery Emailed them and no reply First and last time using these cowboys very unprofessional company
