I ordered 7 fence panels with a 3 to 5 day delivery After day 6 I called the Peterborough depot to get an order status update After a long wait I was told they weren t in stock After another wait I was asked whether I wanted the following Monday or Tuesday delivery I wondered if this would have happened had I not called I opted for Monday At 1pm I called again to see if I could get an approximate delivery time I was told a couple of hours The delivery arrived and I asked the driver if he could drop the panels on my drive close to the fence about 5 metres from the truck The driver said no it would be a kerbside drop only Then he asked if I would help I refused I m disabled and unable to lift I opted for delivery so I wouldn t have to pick them up The driver then dropped them about 2 5 metres to where I wanted them After he left my neighbour put them in my garage where we noticed that one of the panels was missing a top weather capping length Sorry I bothered this outfit and won t be using again

Ordered online and went to collect only to be told that they didn t stock the decking boards I d ordered and that it was delivery only ended up getting different size boards to what I ordered and they were damaged Not great

Managed to put an order in for something that apparently wasn t actually available Heard nothing for weeks and had to chase them to see what was going on only to be told that I shouldn t have been able to place the order in the first place Disappointing Frustrating They did refund me quickly though Every cloud

I used AVS before and had no issues but unfortunately this time it was the best experience First thing was one of the products i ordered I received a call to say they didn t stock it but I was available on their website Second thing was they didn t arrange the delivery or give any warning just turned up lucky we was in Third thing was I ve emailed them twice about the quality of one the pieces of timber and had no email returned Not sure I would use them again

Ordered online for collection only to get to the warehouse and be given much smaller sizes to what I ordered After speaking with the manager it was apparent a member of staff had mixed up a lot of the orders and mine was now out of stock The manager apologised and got my order delivered to me a couple of days later which inconvenienced my customer but thankfully she was understanding Quality of materials was good

2 stars delivery etc fine but 4 of my privacy trellis are different to the other 8 I brought I rang up the branch to try and sort it Told they were busy in the shop and he took my info Never investigated like he said Never called back so stuck with incorrect items I ll have to just walk-in with Product quality fine Customer service poor

I ordered online for my fence equipment on 24th March 2023 from this company and it delivered today Customer care is very poor I will put up all the review what is my experience with this company and staff handling about my phone call and enquiry I haven t check the delivery yet so full review will be posted later on

I ordered before the end of Feb The timber was not available for collection - I didn t get it until April Customer care keeping me updated wasn t brilliant I wanted the timber to replace a raised bed in the garden and to get it done before the growing season knowing I would be busy in April May When I collected Can t remember the exact date that was fine and the product appears good

i ve ordered 42 decking boards and during the delivery they looking ok but when we finalised the subframe and placed the boards we realised 12 of them are totally curved with holes and impossible to use them I ve emailed AVS asking for a replacement and has been totally ignored

Ordered online on the Sunday and was given a delivery date next Monday Took days leave and after waiting until about 3pm and was told delivery would now be Tuesday lady on phone told me it would be first thing 9am came and I phoned to be told afternoon delivery Asked for it to be left on drive and all ok As soon as I got on drive I knew panels were not what I ordered 3 superior green treated 6ft panels what I did get was 3 green treated standard panel Strangely I entered product code on site F00002081 and it does not exist
