Once I d made contact I was able to schedule a delivery that suited me Got the impression that if I hadn t made contact I wouldn t have been informed when delivery would be Product is satisfactory and looks good

Ordered my materials on line and was not given a delivery date only could be in the next seven days I sent an email to enquire when l could expect it l had a reply saying you would contact my in the next 48 hours which never happened l had to ring 4 days later to fine out when Thursday 4 may was said it arrived Friday 5 may Bad customer service

The fact that you deliver on the day I requested You phoned and said it would be thd following week as the hoist was not working I said I wouldn t be in on the following day until after 3pm and you delivered at 8 30 am only calling me once outside my property and then you placed the bags where I need to put the gravel when I said to put it just past the green bush

I ordered twice for my fencing

I ordered twice for my fencing equipment from this company Wooden post and feather edge boards they are standard quality and first order took quite long time to make delivery however second delivery was quick My worst experience with this company is communication It s very poor they need to improve their communication with the customer I emailed them number of times but I still don t have response from them I called number of times but person who responded my call he had no interest with enquiry at all Second time delivery turned up with out information only luckily I was at home that day Communication should improve and train their staff

The quality of the wood was of a very high standard and we were very pleased with the product - this included a fence panel pickets and timber rails Unfortunately there was no communication regarding any part of the delivery This meant that I arrived home one evening to find the order left in the front garden which sits alongside a public footpath so anyone could have walked off with any part of it If I had known it would be arriving or that it had arrived a member of our household would have made sure we were home to receive it

Diid not supply what I phoned up and ordered after you confirmed it was available - still waiting for a refund so think yourself lucky you get a star at all Product is ok but then you just a reseller so no points for that - drivers are excellent central staff maybe not

After Sales has been poor what a Shame

Delivery was prompt driver very friendly and helpful Received 1 damaged panel which was not fit for use to a children s play area so contacted the customer services team with photos Received a phone call next day to tell me a replacement would be with me on the Tuesday which I was really chuffed about A few weeks later and STILL WAITING FOR THE REPLACEMENT and have received no response to further communications After sales experience has been poor I have a lovely new fence with a gap

Ordering was fine item in stock and order acceptance stated 3-5 days delivery Kept checking status and just said delivery pending Sent email for update but never had a reply No further communication so rang after a week to be told delivery due next day Delivery status never updated but item did arrive the next day We were going to do click and collect the following week as depot only 20 miles away but as delivery stated 3 to 5 days it was quicker than us going to collect it Wasted delivery charge Item ordered very good value
