Would like to thank all of the team at the Guildford branch for providing a great service and helping with our fencing requirements Every member of the team we dealt with were polite helpful and friendly and the products reasonably priced I would highly recommend this company

From the moment we walked into AVS shop we felt we were walking into a family home I had a very painful leg injury and was offered a seat to ease my discomfort straight away From then on we were helped with buying sleeper advice on choosing our uprights height size etc then our batons The price was very reasonable The delivery was another 10 10 We were asked where we d like the wood put by a very helpful delivery man Ed who really couldn t do enough for us We returned this week for our stones to fill our steps and again great service Even helped my husband to carry our four bags to our car Even had a wave and a chat from Ed as he d remembered us Cannot recommend this company enough You certainly won t be disappointed with your experience with them

I ordered a concrete post today with Jackie at the Basingstoke branch and expected delivery on Saturday Had a message did I want it today Trevor the driver was very pleasant and extremely helpful he carried the post to the exact place requested taking extra care not damage the patio

Following my first extremely positive experience with AVS Havant I gave them a second order I called ahead and spoke to Steve and a few hours later went into branch and met him in person Again another friendly member of staff I think he may be the manager very personable and knowledgeable My order totalling 1500 was concluded swiftly and with ease likewise arranging the delivery to our second project in as many weeks in Southsea the driver turned up and in minutes was offloaded with minimal fuss and disruption to what is a very tight narrow road Yet again another positive experience at AVS Havant As a note the general culture of this branch seems to be one of can do which is sadly rare in the building merchants locally Everyone from the guys in the office to the yard team are all helpful and friendly You would be foolish to go anywhere else in my opinion

Very helpful and friendly staff on site my only slight criticism was that I was expecting an email to say my order was ready to collect but received nothing after the initial confirmation Would highly recommend though thank you Kevin Ward

I don t need to purchase from fencing companies very often but after the first class service I received from Toni Gander at Henfield I wish I did I urgently needed a small amount of timber that I could not find anywhere else and Toni confirmed they didnt have it in stock but to leave it with her and she would see what she could do She rang me back and I missed her call She left a message saying not to worry about calling back as she was going on her break but she would call me when she got back - which she did She had arranged for the pieces I needed to be cut there and then and to be delivered on time for when I needed and gave a very reasonable delivery cost to Brighton It was really a lifesaver as my father was flying over from NI for the weekend specially to help and because we had the materials we now have a lovely fence

Ordered sleepers second order 24 in total Delivered much quicker than expected and each delivery person was polite and dropped them at a convenient spot on the drive Great service and value Knowledgeable staff too
