overpriced clothes that don t fit real humans
bought what was supposed to be a baggy long sleeve shirt but what was instead a tight fitted long sleeve shirt it was so tight and poorly made it not only looked nothing like the picture but also was shaped horribly on me i got a size L i think i even got an XL and the only possibly way it would be a baggy fit is if you put it on a toddler It also took 3 whole months of chasing up the order before it finally arrived their customer service is good but extremely slow overall probably the worst experience i ve had buying online though i wouldn t recommend it s just another crappy instagram store designed to reel you in with cool designs only to disappoint you months later

not worth it very misleading
they order their clothes from Ali Express gouge the price and ship from China without making that known It s been almost a month on my order with no confirmation number or tracking number they won t email me back or respond to my DMs I m sure the clothes will eventuallllly come but overall this place is very misleading and has extremely poor customer service Really not sure how more people aren t calling them out Not worth purchasing from

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service they never sent me anything and i waited around like a stupid idiot until the order was not needed anymore since it was a gift They refuse to cooperate and they keep telling you to wait even when asked for a refund dont order from here

Contacted them after not getting my stuff but would answer so I filed a dispute with PayPal and got the clothes refunded they came 3weeks later but really really bad quality and smelling bad I don t recommend

Despicable excuse for an online clothing store
I would give this shop a 0 5 if i could For the love of god do not shop here if you actually want your clothes to be delivered I have waited for over 2 months with no updates even after several emails from their terrible excuse for a support team All responses from them are incredibly condescending and i wouldn t be surprised if they were just written by a robot There are plenty of better other options online - don t find this out the hard way like i did Don t give them your money you will never see your clothes and they will do anything in their power not to refund you

Scam Dont buy from there
I ordered about 100 dollars worth of clothing from there and never got any update whatsoever After a month i contacted customer service and they said they will give me a new tracking number but never actually gave me one I then contacted them again asking to cancel the order and give me refund as it has now been two months since i placed the order with no update They told me to wait a week max for a refund but i never got one even after two weeks Placed the order three months ago They stole my money Its a scam

Seems pretty scammy kind of sus
Like so many others have said everything about this store is terrible Apparently I was lucky in that my order arrived in about six weeks Unfortunately that was four weeks after Christmas I tried to cancel the order in early January customer service said I had to wait until I received it and then return it within a week Well I got right on the return process the day I received it It was all stalls delays excuses My favorite was their claim that I opened it by opening the outer shipping package It doesn t say Axcid on the outside I told my daughter that we are never ever ever ever ordering from them again Glad to see the word is getting out on this terrible terrible store Too bad I didn t think to check this before I ordered I was on a roll knocking out gifts one after the other Also funny the couple of positive reviews here seem kind of sus

The clothes took almost 4 months to get here and nothing fit I even sized up TWO SIZES and nothing fit except a hoodie that is supposed to be oversized on the picture in the website it goes down to the models knees and I got and XL and it fit like a medium only went down to my waist Plus it s all made out of extremely cheap material I m upset I wasted over 150 CD on this website Save your money and find somewhere else

I ve had a similar experience to everyone else who has been commenting lately I had purchased two items at the beginning of September and it s still only saying my order was received by them I understand that with Covid a lot of companies are struggling to meet certain demands but they re not honest with their customers at all I ve emailed three times and they keep responding with your order will be shipped out ASAP but they have yet to do so Please don t spend your money here
