Avoid Baby-Markt ch Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Baby-Markt ch and I feel compelled to warn other potential customers about their poor practices On 06 10 2024 I attempted to purchase a stroller worth 894 02 Due to a technical issue on their website the order was never completed yet they still debited the full amount from my account Despite contacting their customer service immediately I was given the runaround They initially promised that the blocked funds would be released within 2-3 days but that never happened Instead I received a partial refund of 835 42 leaving me 58 60 short Baby-Markt ch refuses to take responsibility for the missing amount blaming their payment provider Klarna However Klarna claims that Baby-Markt ch as the merchant is responsible for the refund This back-and-forth has left me without the full amount and neither Baby-Markt ch nor Klarna is willing to resolve the issue The lack of accountability from Baby-Markt ch is unacceptable Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive showing no effort to resolve a mistake that was clearly on their side If you value your time money and peace of mind I strongly advise against purchasing from Baby-Markt ch They are untrustworthy and their poor customer service will leave you chasing after your own money Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere
