My experience is good in general

My experience is good in general However I ordered one gift card which is said to be delievered immediately via email by the time of payments I did not see it in my email after the order confirmation

I like the website but it is only available in German in Switzerland

They have nice products but I do not understand why the website is not in French as well for Switzerland - if I use the French page it connects me to France French is one of the Swiss languages and a good percentage of the population does speak French or English or Italian It wouldn t be that difficult to make it available in French since such a page already exists for France

The registration as a new customer was easy and the choice of the products was OK The filters in the Search function could be better suited to the products e g for Diapers - the size is necessary for Bags - the color is necessary etc

Great products and good prices quick delivery nice UX for the site but I had to use the website with the auto-translate option from Google We re in Switzerland where Italian is one of the official languages and 33 of the population is non-Swiss Yet no English nor Italian as options or maybe I did not find them
