Easy enough to book bit disappointing that there are extra charges for seating luggage allowances when booking flight only compared to the package trips though

Great Holiday experience

Our flights where more or less on time check in was quick and easy The Apartment are a amazing find this is our secound time staying there The service from Balkan staff is really good The Apartment are exceptionally clean and very well maintain They have everything you could need Our apartment was cleaned often clean towels every few days Staff are friendly We have been to Bulgaria for quite a few years sunny beach had plenty to offer Loads of things to do Excellent water parks We would highly recommend

Have had quite few hols with Balkan they have a great customer service they are very helpful always reply to any enquiries would highly reccomend using Balkan Holidays plus they now fly from more Airports which is also a big bonus

So easy to book online then once booked phoned balkan to get my loyalty reward for going with balkan this year and the person I spoke to was very pleasant

Lovely hotel

Flights on time both going and returning and easy to book online This is the 2nd time at L b hotel and it won t be the last Rooms are spacious comfortable bed and cleaned each day with bedding changed mid week by lovely friendly cleaners I can t speak Bulgarian and they couldn t speak English but we got along fine I had the set continental breakfast which has a wide selection of cerial melon salad cheeses ham tomatoes hard boiled eggs etc plus scrambled egg cooked tomato beans toast etc so a good selection There is also the cooked English breakfast which is superb Meals drinks in the restaurant are all very nice with again a wide selection and all reasonably priced The pool is small but adequate for the size of the hotel and has a relaxed atmosphere Plenty of sunbeds It s situated about 10 minutes walk from the strip and beach Ideally situated and quiet at night Zhivko and his family and staff are lovely helpful and friendly and I intend to have another holiday at this hotel next year My one regret is that I was here for just a week next year it will be for a fortnight
