At first I was a little nervous about not being able to get in touch with anyone via phone and the live chat couldn t seem to understand my question about how to order I tried for a few days but I was persistent because I really wanted this Serena Varsity Jackets And finally someone emailed me back So I went ahead and ordered the Jacket and it was a day late but that s OK because the Jacket is BEAUTIFUL and looks exactly like the picture online Exceeded my expectations Thank you Also I caught the discount just in time Also I m happy about the tracking information because I was at the Gym when my notification came so I left right away and the Gym is close I was home when the DHL guy came and my ring alert let me know when he got here but he was already getting into his truck and left my expensive package on my porch UNSIGNED I hollered thank you to him and he waved at me But overall I m VERY satisfied with your service Again FABULOUS and AMAZING Jacket and Cover Oversized is good also I could have taken XS but you didn t have it That s ok I will probably be ordering from you again
