Well my customer service experience was excellent

I m shocked to see other reviews saying poor customer service as I think the customer service was excellent I dealt with Jasmin and she was great The original yoga pants I went for just didn t fit me so I was sent a larger size which was far too big They offered a refund but I didn t take it They gave me a complimentary pair of yoga pants from a different lower waisted style which fitted me perfectly I think my body shape just doesn t suit the high waste pants

Have worn BAM boxers for years They re simply the best and most comfortable Just got a base-layer top for skiing Slightly different material to the boxers and t-shirts More elastic My God it s gorgeous Love it Skied in just a jacket and the base layer Warm let me breathe so comfortable Possibly the best single item of clothing I ve ever bought Well worth the investment

I think Bam make excellent quality clothing which is durable comfortable and stylish I have lots of their clothing and have had no trouble However when a jacket shirt I was given as a present developed a fault Bam customer service was amazing and they replaced it very quickly I was very impressed Thank you Bam Richard

I ve ordered a few items from Bamboo Clothing now and all have been incredibly comfortable great quality and arrive quickly The price is pretty reasonable too One of the nicest things was that I d referred a friend to Bamboo Clothing and as a thank you the company sent me some socks for free - which was lovely

High quality clothes stand the test of time

These clothes are really well made I have three tops which are a staple in my wardrobe as a busy mum they get washed at least once a week and they are still as new I ve had them 7 months and there are no holes like I often find with other brands Such high quality and lovely breathable fabric to wear Customer service was brilliant too I was sent a replacement top for one of the ones I d bought which had a loose thread Thanks and will definitely buy again Highly recommend
