I ve left a receive before for banana print but I ve since after using them quite a bit had my first issue with my order and I feel how a company handles these is important to talk about I can t fault them what so ever and feel further reassured that I have made the right decision turning to them for my printing needs The issue with my order was rectified very quickly Someone got back to me quickly I find often these types of queries can take a long time to be answered with other companies I felt I mattered that I was prioritised They quickly got replacements sent out and sent extra copies of what I initially ordered Laura who I spoke to was really helpful and understanding She made the whole process easier and less stressful Thank you

I used Banana Print to produce badges for an art installation campaign The speed of printing and dispatch was exceptional and the quality was highly satisfactory There was an issue with the Royal Mail delivery but Banana Print s customer service in this regard was outstanding - responsive and effective Can t fault it

Easy Tools to do the Job

I love the easy customisation tools and that my work is stored in my portfolio Turnaround is pretty speedy I also love they are free except for postage cost option for those times when the budget does not stretch I keep the branding as I don t mind highlighting such a great company Order ref 1065451 and 1065453
