The service was extremely disappointing. Initially, they refused to refund my money until I opened a case with my bank. In another order, a shawl was missing from the package. When they asked for photos and I provided them, they stopped responding completely. The WhatsApp customer service number also seems useless, as no one ever replies.
I have a very very bad experience with Baroque. Their customer service is the worst service I ever experienced!! They have no professional or ethical values. I have ordered an unstitched suit 3 weeks ago before eid. But it was never delivered, as promised in their webpage. So I contacted their customer service. Everyday they lied to me saying that it will get delivered. Finally they said my dress is getting stitched, while I have ordered an unstitched suit. That means they don’t read, don't even care what is the problem of the customer rather just lie! I have never seen such services in other brands like Bareeze, Maria B , sana safinaz, elaf etc! Either their brand Baroque is not professional or their employees is not professional. Such a CB pity

I’m shocked to see so many reviews about delivery issues—sadly, I only saw them now. The service is horrible. Prices increase when an item starts selling well, and after dragging things out for four weeks, they told me the item was no longer available. They wasted an entire month of my time when I could have ordered elsewhere. Pathetic, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy service from Baroque.

They charge you and then say they need verification because payment wasn t received It s a scam they try to get u to send drivers license and card photo And they don t ship the items U can t even get the money back if u cancel because they claim they never got it They also never respond when you try to contact them Extremely bad experience I would recommend better brands like gul Ahmed or sana safinaz Maybe they are fine in person in Pakistan But online they are scamming you

I ordered a velvet suit from the UK and it hadn t been posted after the 2 weeks it states on their website and after constantly chasing I was told that it would be posted and there had been some delay Eventually I received the suit after the event I needed it for and it was stitched awfully I ordered a plain kameez but this had been stitched like a dress with a bodice If that wasn t bad enough the velvet used was defective and had a very noticeable line of damage running down the front of the frock I emailed to complain and was quickly pointed to their online exchange form which I have now filled awaiting resolution I will never shop with Baroque again Getting a Ready to Wear dress wrong and looking nothing like the website is extremely out of order
