Please avoid buying online baroque outfits from Pakistan We have had an awful experiance They sent a dress which was faulty when trying to communicate this to them they not responding to WhatsApp messages Communication and customer service is paramount for any business to flourish clearly they have failed here I have lost complete faith in them to a point that I will not be buying any of their products online I would urge others to be careful too

This company is a Ripoff do not waste your money or buy from this company The quality of their items is very poor this company should not be doing Bussiness in USA they are very dishonest Their website items pictures are very different and made of such poor quality from what they offer you do not waste your money shop somewhere else

I ordered a custom outfit for my brothers wedding even paid extra for priority stitching and shipping The first time I paid they told me it was cancelled due to the bank I was told this two weeks after ordering I then ordered again using a different card and it was cancelled once again even though the details were correct The WORST customer service ever I emailed them several times I instagrammed them and it took them several weeks to get back to me This has put me in a sticky situation as I know have 4 weeks until the wedding and no time to find anything I will never ever be ordering from them again as their replies take way too long

Worst Company to order from I placed an order and paid vis credit card The payment went through from my bank BUT i received an email from them asking for my drivers licence and photos of credit card due to a hold placed on my payment from THIER bank After verification from my bank and advise to not send any personal info to them I emailed Baroque team that i will not provide any personal info due to fraud s taking place They conveniently responded with an email saying Per Your request we are cancelling your order God knows if they will send a refund of 46000 Rs Worst customer service It is companies like them who give a bad name to Pakistanis overseas

Placed an order 1st of May for over 300 Paid extra for priority stitching so that it is dispatched within two weeks as really needed the suits for an upcoming wedding Only answered to one message via WhatsApp despite me contacting numerous times via WhatsApp and email Assured me that it d be shipped surely within 2 weeks of ordering no update received since pertaining to dispatch and now they re ignoring my messages I came across these reviews and realised I shouldn t have ordered from them Thus have instructed my bank to deal with them How on earth are they getting away with this The brand is supposed to be reputable and is sold in Janan House of Faiza etc in the UK How is it that their online website can perform in such a despicable manner Please let your family and friends know about this and share it on social media Shameful is an understatement Absolute charlatans

When I ordered from them 2 years ago they were brilliant However as a UK customer who has placed a stitched order it has been 8 weeks and my order still hasn t arrived What s worse is they are not sending me shipping details they are ignoring my emails my whatsapp messages and my Instagram DMs I believe they are deleting comments too Will never place an order with them again Overseas customers please be aware

Scam Alert Absolutely disappointed with Baroque I made full payment for the suits that never arrive and passed their deadline They kept saying please wait and never shipped my items I had to buy a new suit to wear in the event Their customer service on WhatsApp has stopped responding to my messages for money refund They have only refunded for my one suit and the remaining money for the 5 suits are still withheld by Baroque They are selling their hereafter by committing fraud and cheating on customers

I have been sent two outfits one was sent damaged even before wearing the second one has a stitches Undone after first wash definitely not value for money really really poor quality fabric is used on the outfits If we buy clothes from a well-known brand we expect quality because we are spending the money but if we don t get that we deserve our money back That s our right as a consumer

I would give a zero if I could Please avoid buying from Baroque My clothes arrived 2 weeks after delivery date When I chased they said it was delivered to Lahore I have a UK address Finally delivered after the wedding had passed I had to purchase outfits from the UK the day before functions The outfits when arrived were cheap net materials totally horrible to wear so bad they would give you a rash quite literally I ordered Small and X small I got extra large Would have cost be a bomb to get tailored again They asked me to return to Al Khawaja logistics Then said that was not the reurn address There was a big return label on the box with this companies address as the return address Someone received and signed for it Baroque claim this company has nothing to do with them The parcel came from them and the return address was also for Al Khawaja logistics Basically they scammed me for 250 and the outfits Save yourself the hassle and order from a reputable brand I would not recommend Baroques clothes are terrible quality their service is horrific and their business is not genuine or honest
