Wrong laundry instruction but company doesn t take responsibility

I bought a sweater dress and laundry instruction directed to hand wash in cold water So I followed the instruction but it significantly shrunk It got way too short and tight I called customer service but customer service didn t wanna give me a full refund or exchange because it was worn Labeling weong laundry instruction and following it were not my fault but a company s fault How does anyone know whether this dress would shrink or not before washing and being worn What the customer service said was not logical and non-sense Since it is completely company s fault this item should be fully refunded or exchanged however they never

Unacceptable Do not order BCBGMAXAZRIA internationally cf outside the US They are stealing customers with a 30 pound return fee that is not communicated at checkout Also delivery time is up to 13 business days so about 2-3 weeks not mentioning the time it takes them to refund the money back to your account Customer service unable to resolve the issue A line manager was supposed to send me a time slot to chat It never happened Will never order again and will never buy again from this brand

I placed an order to ship to an american address however used an international VISA They went as far as accepting my order only to tell me that they do not accept any type of international payment Now my money is on hold and bcbg is not taking responsibility for this and blaming my bank Their customer service has hung up on me several times and refuses to help my situation They just say my money will return the next business day yet NOTHING HAS COME BACK Idiots

Unreliable company Since it was sold the quality and Customer service become very bad I placed my order and never received it Three weeks later they said that order was canceled But they keep selling this merchandise for higher price When company offer sale previous prices go up Such a scam Never ever again

I purchased an item for my daughter for about 400 It did not fit and I carefully packaged and returned the next day They received my return and never refunded the money They do not respond to emails or dms I have since read of similar experiences Be careful purchasing from them

I returned two products and paid the full return shipping fee they still charged me USD38 4 shipping fee Sent several emails to the customer service but only got auto replies They never reply emails They don t even try to explain the situation Literally the WORST customer service I ve ever encountered Would never shop at Bcbg again Not ever in-store because I m seriously angry Would have given it zero star if I could

Horrible customer service They made you buy sale items for reduced price they lie to you and dont accept returns unless you send them picture of item Items that they sell on sale are horrible quality Customer Service is so bad rude disrespectful Might as well call DMV WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID
