Outstanding service that I assumed no longer existedSpeaking directly in store with an intelligent informed member of staff who was intent on educating me in terms of the range and suitability of washing machines rather than enforcing a hard sell I cannot speak too highly of this family run business and the pleasurable experience of shopping for a replacement washing machine that could so easily have been stressful and frustrating which is the usual online experience Excellent value for money and a staff that genuinely care Try them and don t just take my word for it

i had excellent service from the moment I entered the showroom to the time that the delivery and installation team left my home after making sure my new machine was working They were all polite and extremely helpful I am delighted with my new machine which was supplied at a better price than any of the larger chain stores it was so good to speak to people who knew what they were talking about instead of a robot

Dish washer
I had a new dishwasher delivered as my previous dishwasher was replaced under warranty Hence I thought I knew how to operate it The first time I went to use it it didn t work I tried reading the instruction manual but to no avail I rang the shop at Plymouth irate and rambling The assistant on the phone was very calming and wasn t upset by an irate female shouting down the phone He talked me through it and got it going This model had a cancellation of the programme and I had to keep it pressed for 3 seconds I did as instructed and it worked The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful I always buy my electrical goods from this shop and this incident again confirmed why I will continue to do so
