Absolutely first class company I can not recommend this company enough they are just awesome I first used them about 4 years ago and they were true to thier word and now any electrical appliance I get from Beacon Electrical

i had excellent service from the moment I entered the showroom to the time that the delivery and installation team left my home after making sure my new machine was working They were all polite and extremely helpful I am delighted with my new machine which was supplied at a better price than any of the larger chain stores it was so good to speak to people who knew what they were talking about instead of a robot

Selection of products service in the shop and delivery were all fantastic Knowledgeable and polite staff Prices comparable to and often better than Internet sellers More than happy to return here again for white goods in the future

I have used the store in Kingsbridge for many years and always received excellent service I recently ordered 4 new appliances for a new kitchen and am very happy with the customer service from Riley at the local shop Highly recommended

Dish washer

I had a new dishwasher delivered as my previous dishwasher was replaced under warranty Hence I thought I knew how to operate it The first time I went to use it it didn t work I tried reading the instruction manual but to no avail I rang the shop at Plymouth irate and rambling The assistant on the phone was very calming and wasn t upset by an irate female shouting down the phone He talked me through it and got it going This model had a cancellation of the programme and I had to keep it pressed for 3 seconds I did as instructed and it worked The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful I always buy my electrical goods from this shop and this incident again confirmed why I will continue to do so

Having been let down by another company on delivery of a range oven I came across Beacon Electrical online First time using them and wow first class customer service Having spoken with them to seek reassurance on product availability they couldn t have been more helpful and proactive keeping me informed at all times Super impressed by them good prices and have already recommended them to others

On two separate occasions I have needed assistance with My Sony TV having caused the faults accidentally myself On the first occasion Ben sorted the problem and yesterday Collin with great patience steered me through the many options and and corrected the errors Such a relief to have it all perfect once more
