Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service half the name cards missing from my order as you duplicated half my seating plan cards and didn t print the other names I paid extra for 1st class postage and was disappointed on the day of the surprise meal that when I was setting up the tables I opened the packaging to find half the table name cards were missing and half were duplicated I left you a voicemail at beanprint on Saturday morning the 8th of May 2021 I have sent you numerous eBay messages and Twitter messages and Facebook messages on bean prints page trying to get a reply and a refund was a nightmare due to my order was not being fulfilled Just awful customer service I can see the cards would have been nice but you failed to deliver half the names I ordered for my guests I ended up using black marker pen on the back of the duplicated cards for our guests name cards that were missed PayPal stepped in and the next day beanprint finally refunded me

Ordered some labels - poor customer service
Ordered some labels the stick on variety Came off in the machine first wash Sent a pic to beanprint for a refund Was told to return at my expense and every label must be on the book if a refund is to take place - some are in the clothes as I had used 5 or 6 of them Rude in response and poor customer service A shame as I prefer to support small businesses but on this occasion I will not be able to use again or recommend Plenty out there would try another

My expensive mistake
The labels for clothing etc arrived Very disappointed The red car label surname covered the car car did not show well I paid 29 50 for 5 sets of labels that look fragile I suspect will come off in wash as last review can attest to I contacted customer service and the race car labels I was told could be replaced but a request of 50 payment for same customer service comment was this is very generous Advise Shop elsewhere use Amazon or E-bay for better customer service and price

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE
I ordered two sets of 100 foil stickers via Etsy from Beanprint While the delivery was fast the quality and aftersales service was dreadful They couldn t even align the stickers correctly When queried their response was any shift within the image is within the industry standard for the tolerance of the movement The look of the stickers is terrible and nowhere near the quality as I expected I wanted to use them as nice additions to book covers but I can possibly use 10-20 of these stickers I m going to have to have them reprinted As a gesture of goodwill they have offered to a refund minus costs on return of the stickers but after messing around and possibly chasing up for weeks on end I ll end up with about 5 of the 29 paid AVOID BEANPRINT IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
labels that weren t very sticky and the writing quality was terrible to the point you could hardly read it My customer sent me a pic and I passed the image onto the company which they thought looked fine I called and spoke to the director Nickoll who was really unhelpful and downright rude She stated I would need to return the labels which my customer had binned as they were terrible and was expecting my customer to pay to send them back to me and for me to pay to send them back to her business Her customer service skills are shocking AVOID this company like the plague if you have any issues you don t have a hope in hell of receiving a refund Basically taking money from people ripping them off By the looks of some of the comments we are not the only ones been on the receiving end of there shady service

Personalised Shot Glasses
Ordered personalised shot glasses Avoid this company Plastic glasses were very small and thin Came with stickers which had to be put on but the plastic was so flimsy it cracked making them unusable Customer service very rude insisting I was at fault for not reading small print and being unable to add stickers properly Complete waste of money

FRAUD SCAM- Worst company ever
This is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with I place an order it states delivered however I was on holiday and there saying there is nothing they will do regarding a refund or resending the labels I think this website is a scam please beware Also the director Nicole who I spoke to was absolutely shocking bacsiy stating I m lying that I haven t received them

What a complete joke their website is not easy to use at all It asked you to upload an image and it says how many sheets do you want A sheet is very confusing How about ask How many images you want at the size required as I then went on to do a WA conversation With this website and they could not Answer me the question that their own website asks what a mess I ve blocked these m and I will not be using these There are thousands of other companies

I reached out to Beanprint about distribution
I reached out to Beanprint about shipping to Northern Ireland and frankly I was surprised by their response They claimed that Brexit and the Windsor Framework made it too complicated citing customs checks and paperwork as reasons they don t ship to Ireland However Northern Ireland is part of the UK not the EU Shipping here is no more complicated than within the rest of the UK especially for UK-made items like postcards It seems like Beanprint doesn t have a firm grasp on geography or basic logistics for that matter It s a shame really With all the beans they re selling you d think they d be able to grow their understanding of local delivery options Instead they ve opted to miss out on an easy market I ll be looking for a more open-minded company going forward
