I placed an order for the first time on 16th Sept and apparently is was being shipped by EVRI It s 23rd Sept and EVRI have now changed my delivery status to parcel being too big to deliver and they need a arrange a specialist courier I only ordered a shampoo and consitioner Im having problems trying to get in touch with both EVRI and Beauty Flash Help

Very misleading statement on thr website at time of the order that free gift available with purchase and not received I since sent 3 follow up email about this and no reply yet I have not been sent massager which was part of the order Please check your record and send thanks

i placed an order on the 10 december Not yet received when contacted them on 24 December they informed me that they had delivered unfortunately it was taken to the wrong address and beauty flash did not even have the courtesy to let me know that my parcel was undelivered even though i have been a longstanding customer

Please don t use Evri for deliveries any more They emailed 5 times to tell me it was out for delivery and it failed to turn up each time I had to wait until 4 15 on Christmas Eve to finally collect it To close to call

No xmas present no dispatch no meaningful customer service

Ordered a Christmas present on 20th Dec with 2 day delivery window Hadn t arrived on 24th Had to create an account to see the status Says Processing Should receive an email so I can track Still no dispatch email but money debited Phone number just directs you to website The chat window on the site is just a bot Can t speak with anyone It then says your query ticket has been created Allow up to 48 hours to be investigated Hugely disappointing

First-time purchase - never again I ordered a product on a Thursday for next-day delivery Item gets destroyed beyond repair by Evri They tell me to reach out to Beauty Flash to solve the issue Contact Beauty Flash who respond eventually on Tuesday and ask if I want the product refunded or sent out and to let them know ASAP I do and they don t reply How can you not resolve something as simple as this within a week of purchasing Customer service have zero urgency - I will never use your website again
