Order 2000075259Absolutely disgraceful customer service Phone line is permanently closed I ve received emails from them saying they will respond within 48 hours Ive sent photographic proof of the wrong order I received but still haven t heard anything I m now contacting my credit card company for the charge to be reversed and credited to my account

Never received my order had message from Hermes saying they d tried to deliver with photo of someone else s front door Messaged back saying it s wrong address and e-mailed beauty flash to say same A further e-mail and phone call to them It was delivered to wrong address again and accepted this company didn t show any interest expect to ask if I still wanted product but wouldn t get it for a while as awaiting delivery Joke Wouldn t recommend this company

Having used Beauty Flash before I have to say I am so incredibly disappointed won t be using them again Have called and called and called - sat in the caller queue as Caller no 1 for over 30 mins on several occasions now No response to emails No update to my order other than a generic email saying their warehouse move has delayed orders I will be disputing with my credit card company and will never use again

Order stuck in Evri depot Last info on 18th September May be lost Customer service saying they are looking into it but I have heard nothing from them In the meantime they have my mo eye and I don t have my products

Placed order 8 days ago Evri says waiting for order Chased up Beauty Flash to be told Evri has lost the order and there weren t anymore in stock Do I believe them No Absolutely not Seems to be a pattern forming Eventual email from Beautyflash very polite but will never use again Family member now without Christmas gift

Incomplete order Damaged products Packaging had no protection I ve never had dermalogica delivered with no boxes or bubble wrap before I m honestly suspicious of the product The customer service team are slow to respond I d expect that the missing item should be dispatched immediately Will buy elsewhere probably direct from dermalogica online or instore

Absolutely terrible getting your money

Absolutely terrible getting your money back for refunds Over 3 weeks after sending items back with proof of postage and still as yet no refund All correspondence have been slow and very frustrating Not even a customer service agent to speak with My advice avoid NEVER AGAIN

Good product - rubbish delivery service

The product is very good - the problem lies with the company that you selected to deliver your goods Evri are absolutely terrible in this area My delivery was scheduled for between 9 - 10 in the evening The delivery driver said that he had delivered my parcel at 9 02 which was a complete lie He showed a photo of what he said was my front door - it wasn t my door and the photo was taken during the day My parcel was kindly delivered by a lady who had to drive to my house which was picked up by our CCTV I will not order anything else fromBeauty Flash while you continue to use Evri

Package smashed up The only offer was 10 percent off next purchase with no resolution over using the courier Hermes Evri They need to use a better service or become diminished in the eyes of customers When you associate with rubbish you start to stink of rubbish too So after this non effort to sort the problem I won t be buying from them again I ve been a loyal customer for years but they don t want to listen Who wants to spends 100s of pounds on products for them to arrive in a smashed up package No thanks Who wants to use a paltry 10 percent off on another purchase to find another smashed up package Use your common sense intelligence NO THANKS P S My Name is KRISTINA perhaps you may want to pay attention and get your customer s name right when you reply
